The fiery-haired demonia greeted them with a grin. "Come to join in the fun?"

Hyeon-U and Ji-a exchanged glances before nodding their heads. Wikked chuckled at them. "Good, we could use some fresh blood. Grab some sticks and join in."

Ji-a and Hyeon-U eagerly picked up drumsticks and took their places around the platform at the other drum sets.

"Aight you ankle eaters let's do this shit!" Wikked started the beat, and soon the whole group was drumming in unison. Ji-a and Hyeon-U were swept up in the rhythm, their bodies moving to the beat. The drumming intensified, and the demonia behind the drum set began to play faster and faster.

Ji-a and Hyeon-U matched Wikked's pace, their drumsticks flying over the drums and cymbals. The energy in the room was electric, and the group of demonia howled and screamed as they continued to drum.

As the beat finally began to slow down, Ji-a and Hyeon-U collapsed onto the platform, panting and sweating.

Wikked grinned down at them. "Not bad for newbies," he said approvingly. "You two have got some potential—even you, Ji-a. You took a break from being Hell too long, things changed down there ya know, we'll see if a before-the-dawn-of-civilization-age demon still has the chops in this day and age."

Ji-a and Hyeon-U exchanged a pleased look, the fatigue of the intense drumming session fading away as they basked in the praise of their fellow demonia.

A demonia has to learn every instrument in order to reach the top after all, and they both played the drums in Magic academy.

"Head to the Starscreamer Lounge, y'all are special guests tonight, including my Hilimet," Wikked grinned as he patted them both on the shoulders.

Demonia relationships were divided into cards inside a deck. A Qisma or Qi Deck. Kisinamo, or a Kisinamolation, was the Eight Purple Hearts Card. It represented romantic love between demonia. Hilimet, or a Hilimetstatsis, was the Ten Blue Cups Card. platonic love between demonia. And finally, Suhultar, or Suhultarship, the Nine Red Towers Card. It represented romantic hatred between demonia. Ji-a's deck was empty. As for Hyeon-U, he watched the other gawk at Wikked with his mouth open. He guessed his was probably filled to bursting.

Ji-a snorted and dragged his partner away; there were still things about demonia socialization that he was rusty with, but he had to remind himself, everytime, that he was faced with something he had forgotten.
