I tried harder this week and squeezed out an extra panel. And it made me feel better. The trick for aspiring professionals is to learn how to draw well, then learn how to draw fast, and then learn how to draw fast and well. I have a looooong way to go. Should I be using this space to talk about the comic? I guess. So this is a science fiction story. Magnolia the tree has developed a relationship with Jim Haut. Magnolia is a resident of the planet Elysium, and Jim is from earth, but he came to Elysium on a scout ship along with some other college professors. Phyllis, Jim's wife, has just arrived on Elysium, and she's been having trouble learning how to get along with Magnolia.
