Chapter 3

After about 3 minutes of driving, the navigator said “You have arrived at Agent 2’s last location,”

I got off the bike and within two seconds, a woman came and stole the bike, driving away with it. My watch started beeping, and saying in an automated voice “your vehicle is being stolen” over and over again.

 “How was my watch connected to the masked man's bike?” I thought. “Who was he?”  

I tapped the little screen. An automated voice that sounded raspy said “hello?”

 The voice sounded as if he had a frog.. no two giant toads in his throat. “Tell me the owner of this vehicle,” I said. 

“No.” It instantly replied.

 I was completely weirded out by the voice being able to respond. Maybe It was some sort of artificial intelligence. I cleared my throat then began to ask “why?”

 “I am preparing to shut off now” the watch responds, and a timer starts ticking every second.

 I stood there, dumbfounded by this voice. How advanced this man’s motorcycle was. Just then an idea popped into my head. I tapped my watch and a mini drive came out and popped it into a slot just above the motorcycles screen. 

“What are you doing?” It replied with a hint of fear in its voice, “That’s classified,”

 “Screw you,” I reply, tapping my watch all over the place trying to hack its mainframe. See, I only remember one thing before I became an agent and that was college. I studied computer science and computer engineering. So I knew a fair amount of technology.

 “If you do not tell me wha- you- do- i wi-“ The voice was glitching, and I had a feeling I was getting close.

 A few moments and even more typing, the voice had shut off. Just before the shutdown it said “Reebooting” and the screen just turned black.

 Then, in an instant, it turned on. I stood there, surprised that I hacked into it, then heard a woman scream. I swiftly looked back to see a woman being mugged in an alleyway. When I started running, the motorcycle had turned into a little chip that was inserted into my stop watch.

 I had arrived at the alley way to see those two men from the gas station in trench coats. I couldn't see his face, as it was hidden in the shadows. I went to hide in the shadows to get a upperhand on them, but in that process I stepped in a puddle on the ground, the splash catching the men's attention.

 “What was that?” One of them said.

 “Quickly go hide, boss, we will get these to the factory,” the second voice says.

 I heard the two men running towards me, so I ran to the building that my partner was in. Gunshots started firing and I heard voices say “You can't escape us, bub,” and “there's nowhere to run,”

 That kind of made me think, because we were in the middle of a giant street with many alleyways. Even his partner thought the same as me, as he said “You know there are 7 alleyways around us right now?”

 They both stopped chasing me, and started fighting with each other about it. 

I sprinted to the door of the building, and opened it to find Agent 2 with a man who looked almost like the penguin from those detective comics that had been coming out but without a top hat and a eye glass.

 “What did I miss?” I said.
