God… What is taking him so long? Normally, he was supposed to come back at 7 p.m. and now, it’s close to midnight and he is still not here… Maybe it’s because he doesn’t have the notion of time in the village… Even if you can’t see the sky, he should know that it’s been a while since he entered the village. Something is definitely happening here… An attack? Impossible, the village is so restricted that not even a demon could find the location of it. ARGHHHHHH! I just hope that nothing happened to him. It was a bad idea to let him go to the village alone! Anyways, I can benefit from the fact that he isn’t there to think about who Fred really is… I mean, I know he is in the royal family, but… Is he the son of the demon king? Or is he just the nephew? Even if he is just the nephew, he could be really powerful! I really doubt by his age that he is like the brother or even the demon king, but I need to think about all the hypotheses possible. The only problem is that he’s too weak to be a very important demon, or that’s what he wants the others to think... The legend says that the demon king can’t go to other planets than the demon planet because his energy is so strong that he could kill anybody on earth just by being there. But when Fred is in front of me, I don’t even feel a lot of energy coming out of his body. He’s clearly too weak to be an important demon. I just don’t know who he really is… Ok, Fred is taking way too long. I should go see what is happening in the village. A problem is probably happening here. I just hope that I will have enough time to save Fred if he is in danger. 

I then got out of my temple and went to the secret entry of the village. The road is sure going to be long. Since it was midnight, the moon was the only source of light. At least, I was able to clearly see my surroundings even if the light wasn’t so powerful. While I was walking to the village, I could clearly feel a powerful aura growing bigger and bigger at each footstep. It was clearly not normal. I then started to run instead of casually walking. Something was really not going fine in this village. I just hope that Fred did not create chaos. 

It took at least 5 minutes before I could finally see the shining sakura trees. I was hearing some strange noises. The ground was shaking below my foot. I didn’t know what was happening but I was sure that it wasn’t good. Suddenly, a giant explosion noise came from the bottom. It was going at me at an incredible speed. I quickly dodged this attack. I realized for a second that it was Fred and another demon fighting. Fred wasn’t normal. An incredible aura was coming out of him. I also saw that his mark was burning with a blue flame. He could finally control his mark… They were so quick. In each punch that they were doing, I could feel an impact in my body. I didn’t know what to do. They were both very strong. I was scared of Fred having full control of his mark… Imagine the son of the demon king having the control of all of his powers… But, why are they fighting if they are both demons? Shouldn’t they be allies? Or… He killed the villagers? I then turned my head and saw my old friend, Kakiro, laying on the ground with a hole in his body. Was he dead? Probably… Simply by looking at him from far away, he is definitely not breathing and the demon hitted his heart especially to kill him. I then saw a shovel at his right, covered with blood. So he fought with Fred to save this village… Damn, that old man… At least, he was the only victim of the demon’s attacks… The rest of them are probably hidden in the houses that are still up, waiting for the demon to leave. I then heard a scream. It was coming from the right, where Fred and the demon were. But it wasn’t one of them that screamed. It was a child's voice. Oh no… Don’t tell me that… 

All I was able to see was a big rock that wasn’t there before. I then walked to the rock. I could see a blood lake, formed around the rock. I didn’t see any children… So… The kid might have been crushed by the rock. But suddenly, when I thought that it was over for the child, I quickly realized that the blood wasn’t normal blood, it was looking like demon blood. Wait… Fred?! The ground suddenly started to shake. The rock started to levitate. I then saw Fred, below the rock, pushing it to get the rock as far as possible. He then achieved and directly went to the knockout.  But… How is it possible? How did Fred regenerate so quickly? He was clearly not normal. He surely put all of his energy to push out the rock.

“Oh my…” I said

I was shocked. Fred had the time to paralyze his opponent and save the kid so quickly… But, how did it happen? How did the rock appear? And also… How was the kid up there? Why was he with us? Also, it’s an enormous rock, nobody could be able to lift it. Except… Us… So this demon tried to throw the rock directly in the kid’s head? No no no no no… I won’t let that pass without doing anything. I’ll show him what I am capable of! Suddenly, my rage kept growing bigger and bigger and after a certain time, I couldn’t control myself and rushed as fast as I could to kill this monster. Without realizing it, I activated my swordsman mark. He is definitely not going to dodge what is going to come next!
