Chapter 10.

Answer.

The night had gone quickly and the sun was rising early in the morning; Alain enjoyed a cup of freshly brewed coffee while his wife Christianne preferred an orange juice with carrot.

The couple talked quietly and even commented on what had happened the night before, that is, for one of the first times Caesar had been asked to fix a mistake, the boy had done so, not like a rookie but had made an effort to cover up the details.

The death of that pair of men had just been announced as a cardiac arrest that could not be treated at the time of the blackout, so again security was left in suspense about who had stolen Kiarra's presidential documents.

They had broken the laws of an entire country and trampled on them, but the question Christianne was asking herself was: ¿Why did Natalie want those presidential documents? ¿Why risk it when she hadn't had much time to give birth? And knowing Brianna's temperament, it was easy to deduce that she had accompanied her sister only for fun.

But there was another detail that Alain could notice and that was that both women had sneaked into the presidential office wearing uniforms and masks, however, at the time they fled in the helicopter, Natalie was wearing a tight dress with high heels and Brianna had changed that uniform for her Shadow Woman costume.

That being the case, both were praying that those suits and masks were burned, otherwise, it would be another loose end… it seems that the older the Bardot sisters get, the more comfortable they feel getting into some mischief in the underworld, but by feeling so comfortable they can reveal their own identity, just as Caesar had mentioned to his father the night before, since one of the witnesses recognized the faces of the two and could guess that the masked man was the third child of the family, that is, Brianna Bardot.

Immediately, Christianne picked up the phone and dialed Natalie, she needed to hear from her where they had left the suits and masks with which they had sneaked into the cabinet, because if that were the case, the identity of the Bardots would be at stake again…

Once Natalie answered the call, her mother did not even deign to ask her how she had woken up but went straight to the point: ¿where are the uniforms and masks with which they entered the presidential cabinet in Kiarra?

To which Natalie answered on the other end: first, good morning mom, I woke up fine, your grandson is fine, he is awake, but again the question came through the speaker: ¿where are the suits and masks Natalie and don't change the subject?

So Natalie stood for a moment trying to remember and immediately said that they had been left in one of the ventilation ducts of the presidential house... Alain, who was listening to everything on speakerphone said: please, ¿two women who have dedicated their entire lives to this industry have left their DNA in ventilation ducts?

Natalie immediately said that she would try to get in touch with Brianna to solve the problem quickly, but it is difficult to contact her these days since she is off the network...
