Mimi Paws and Thomas Waggs find themselves in Jiangbell, China, where a man in a shopping mall approaches them with a peculiar request. The man points to a statue that is singing and asks for their help to stop it.
Mimi, using her blaster, destroys the mechanism causing the statue to sing. The man expresses his gratitude, and Mimi and Thomas return to The Palace of Odds.
Meanwhile, Dr. Bucky is in the men's restroom at The Palace. After finishing his business, he encounters Mimi and Thomas. They ask him about Mrs. Slightly's whereabouts, and he informs them that she is likely in her office.
