Ghostie is having a bit of a crisis, and I believe many, such as myself, could relate to this feeling. Sometimes it's good to remember that it's important to just take it easy. Slow down. Relax. And don't be too hard on yourself. Pushing through when you're already so low on energy will only burn you out.
