Rey inherited his role as protector of the técnicos from his mentor, Padrino, and has successfully defended his master’s legacy from the wrath of the wicked rudos for many years. Life couldn’t be any better for Rey, but things take a turn when a mysterious new luchador, El Bastardo, joins the roster.

Some simply view him as another nuisance in the ring; others believe he is the embodiment of a long-lost evil from the past.
