I got into my car, started the engine and drove out of the yard. The road ahead was not long, and I decided to use this time to put my thoughts in order. The sun was already setting, painting the sky in warm orange and pink tones. The radio played quietly, creating a pleasant background for my thoughts. During the first kilometers of the journey, I was tormented by doubts. I am used to a scientific approach, to methods based on evidence. How can this be combined with mysticism? But every time I thought about it, I remembered the words of my colleague who strongly recommended this meeting to me. I drove along the city streets, watching people and cars. The evening rush hour brought its own atmosphere to city life: people were rushing home to their families, each with their own worries and thoughts. I felt the bustle of the city gradually being left behind, giving way to the tranquility of nature as I left the city. The landscape outside the window changed: buildings were replaced by fields and forests. I drove along a narrow winding road, enjoying the silence and beauty of the surrounding nature. The air became cleaner and cleaner, and I felt the tension slowly go away. New thoughts began to form in my head: perhaps this experience could truly enrich my understanding of the human psyche.

After some time, I saw a sign leading to the yoga center. I turned onto a narrow road that led to an old mansion surrounded by lush green gardens. The parking lot was almost empty and I easily found a spot. Getting out of the car, I took a deep breath of fresh air. It was quiet and peaceful here, only the singing of birds broke the silence.

I walked up to the entrance and stopped for a moment, collecting my thoughts. There were still doubts inside me, but I decided that this was an opportunity that should not be missed. I opened the door and entered the building. There was an atmosphere of calm and harmony inside. The administrator greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to the mystic psychologist’s office. But the closer I get to the center, the more doubts I am tormented by. I am used to the scientific approach, to logic and evidence. Mysticism and esotericism have always seemed to me something elusive, difficult to rationally explain. And here I am, a psychologist with a diploma and many scientific articles, going to a meeting with a man who claims that he can see an aura and talk to spirits.

The yoga center is located in an old mansion surrounded by a garden. The sun shines brightly, but in the shade of the trees it is cool and peaceful. I walk along the gravel path, noticing how my steps sound in the silence of this place. Thoughts are spinning in my head: am I doing the right thing? Am I wasting my time?

A young woman in white meets me at the entrance. Her calmness and smile calm me down a little. She leads me through spacious rooms where people are doing yoga and meditation. The atmosphere here is really peaceful and I'm starting to feel my worries subside a little. It was very noisy in the hall. People were talking to each other. Some spoke loudly, others quietly, so as not to disturb others. I heard snippets of different phrases. I didn't listen to other people's conversations.

Money is a great addition to how you view life, but it does not replace life.
- But I want to live comfortably in good conditions.
- We're talking about condition! You can live comfortably in good conditions in the forest in a hut or in a tent, where you will save a lot of effort and money and get the same thing!
- But this is too subjective, I want to live in the city.
- What is objective in the world and in man? In fact, everything we earn, all our money is our materialized life, and for the most part it is not always worth working very hard because a state of pleasure and satisfaction can be achieved much faster than it seems.

We went into the office, I sat down opposite him and began to talk about my doubts and interests. During our conversation, I felt my worries gradually dissolve.
“You came with questions,” he says, his voice soft and calm. - This is good. Questions lead us to the truth.
I begin to talk about my doubts, that science and mysticism are often in conflict, and that I am not sure if I can find anything useful in his teachings. The yogi listens attentively, without interrupting, and his gaze fills me with the feeling that he understands my experiences.

- Science and mysticism are two sides of the same coin,” he says after a short pause. — Science studies the external world, mysticism studies the internal. They both strive for truth, and both can complement each other. Man has free will! No one controls a person! Every person can choose to live with or without God! A person can influence matter, because matter as such does not exist, there is only energy, and this is our world, the universe, common, yours, mine, all people, and God.

His words make me think. Perhaps I became too focused on one side of the coin and lost sight of the other. We continue the conversation, and I begin to understand that knowledge comes not only through evidence, but also through personal experience, through sensation.

I was a psychiatrist and worked in a psychiatric clinic for over twenty years. For many years I worked in the field of psychiatry, helping patients cope with their mental problems. My job was important and responsible, but at some point I began to feel deeply disappointed. Gradually, I realized that standard treatments based on science and medicine do not always produce the desired results. I felt like something was missing, that there was more to it than just brain chemistry and mental health issues. This turning point came after one particularly difficult incident. My patient, a young woman named Anna, suffered from severe depression. We tried all possible treatment methods: medications, psychotherapy, but nothing helped. There was emptiness in her eyes, and I felt helpless. One day, after another session, I looked into her eyes and realized that science cannot answer all questions. That evening I thought for a long time about my life and work. I began to look for answers outside of science, plunging into the world of spirituality and esotericism. I started reading books about religion, mysticism and spiritual practices, and communicating with people who had found their answers in these areas. My goal is to help people not only cope with mental problems, but also find their spiritual essence, their place in this world. And although my path has changed, I continue to follow it with faith and hop.

- I’m interested in the topic of “the power of thought”, I had several clients who believe in it so stupidly, they work hard, earn money and achieve what they want, but these are their actions and not mysticism, but my clients blame everything on mysticism, like events They themselves have developed this way, and they forget that they earned money without winning it.
- This knowledge has long been known, but few people voice it. Everything is very complicated here, because it’s not so difficult to establish the client’s subjective state...
- I agree, but everyone in their home, at work, is in horror, and no one is able to help them. And such things as meditation, mysticism, esotericism are tricks of deceivers, people are willing to pay a lot of money for this, but mysticism brings nothing, it just drives you crazy.
- I like you, you remind me of a young me.What is anxiety and how to deal with it? The cause of any anxiety is a lack of security “I don’t feel safe.” We all have the illusion that if I try to control everything, including my anxiety, then everything will become safer, but unfortunately, all this is an illusion because security is a state, and control has nothing to do with the state of security. If we look at the entire history of mankind, we will see very little that is new, Power, Money, Sex. You need to go your own way. If you take life too seriously it will be hard and difficult. Life is an occasion for entertainment, some have fun, some suffer, some seek or lose themselves, these are all ways of entertainment. because the only thing we have as people is time in our lives and we always need to fill it somehow. Man needs a new model of human consciousness and its basic laws. And everything new is well forgotten old. I often tell my patients: Your illness or any problem you have indicates that you have stopped developing as a person. It's time for you to change something in your life. Many people object.
- Belief in God is often called an illusion; the client allegedly shifts responsibility to God and higher powers. Why did you believe, what were your reasons?
- I had my religious-mystical experience that changed my life.
- How to attract and create new, prosperous events and events in your life?
- I’ll tell you, because you are not an ordinary person, you are educated and ask the right questions, but a difficult path awaits you, like me in my youth. Each person creates his own world, his own life. What does it mean? “Man is created in the image and likeness of God” and is essentially a creator. Creator of your world. This is very important to realize. And we create our world with our thoughts, feelings and emotions. Our action begins not with a word or with a movement, but with our thought. Thought is a universal form of energy, and its power is colossal. Our thoughts and feelings materialize, that is, they become reality. Thought, as a form of energy, originating in our soul, does not disappear anywhere. The law of conservation of energy applies. Any thought sent to the outside world creates certain forms and events in our lives. Thus, this energy returns to us in one form or another. From this first position of the model follows the statement: “Like attracts like.” If our thought is aggressive, then unpleasant and painful events are created. If thoughts are creative and carry goodness and love, then they are embodied in reality, which brings us only pleasant experiences. It’s up to you to decide which thoughts to use. It's like a direction, but more on direction a little later.

- But all that you said is also subjective, so you can answer absolutely any person. How to find out where the fraud is?

- No way! Impossible. But you are right, in the world, and in our country, in our city, there are hundreds of deceivers, manipulations work and bring money, it is impossible to distinguish between an advertised guru and a real guru, their words are the same, it’s like magic...
