You fold up the note and gently stuff it in the pocket of the backpack, the air starts to get thin, and your heart rate starts to pick up as your breath becomes heavy, as the words of the note ring in your mind. The sound around you becomes muffled, your sight fades off as you dart your eyes back and forth as if someone is watching you, and your mind starts playing scenes in your head of what could go wrong. You begin to sweat, causing it to taste a bit of bitterness and despair, while the hairs on your arms stand up straight, you open your mouth as you let out a gasp of air, causing you to get a cold chill down your spine.
Suddenly the singing of birds, that sound like children screaming, the chirping of crickets, that sound like twigs breaking. The warmth of the sun and the radiation of the breeze lick your skin, which doesn't cause any harm. The faded green mist that rolls in snaps you out of your fear state. You worry about the toxins in the air and rustle in your bag find a gas mask and put it on. The sound of you breathing in sounded as if someone was wheezing or growling as they breathed in and out.
Despite your surroundings being eerie, you absorb the environment around you, like information from a book. The wind howled as it blew across the field, like a pack of wolves. While the field was blanketed in dread with dry-out grass, the trees swayed in the wind resembling claws coming out of the ground and brushing up against each other causing cracking sounds, as if it was like lightning. An eerie sight of orangish hue and black clouds with a faint radiation mist scarred the sky. Even animals were around only a few ran across the fields faintly showing a bit of life still around.
You load up your backpack while checking the scenery around you, still feeling like you are being watched. Suddenly you remembered what the note said, don't go traveling after sunrise. You look at the sky once again and see the sun peeking showcasing that dusk is approaching soon, despite the cramped toolshed it was the only safe place until morning, as you didn't want to take the chance of traveling at night. You turn to the small toolshed and head to it putting your bag on the shelves and placing a barricade in front of the door. The room started to creep from within causing you to breathe heavily once again, but you took a deep breath and listened to the disturbing sounds that crept along following the darkness of the night.
You hold your backpack tightly as if it were a lost family emblem as you hear the moans and groans, of what seem to be beasts or animals. As the moans and groans grow closer the more you tightly hug your backpack. Hoping and wishing the sounds would go away. Nighttime seemed to move slower than daytime, causing you to wonder when all these nightmarish acts would end, causing you to lose some sleep. Despite losing some sleep, you did doze off once in a while, just to be woken up again by violent growls and hostile gargling, which caused you to snap back to wake with your eyes widening and your heart beating in fear.
You finally realized that the body of the person who made you the note was still outside the toolshed, as you started to hear gnawing and chewing that accompanied growls and grunts. Your eyes widen in fright and you let out a small gasp of air, which causes something to check the toolshed. A violent long growl formed, followed by a violent thud against the wall, causing you to jump out of your skin. The growls continued as if whatever it was, was hearing and searching for any type of noise. You widen your eyes in fear and you put your hand over your mouth muffling out your heavy breathing. The growls and grunts continued as whatever it was, was looking for a way in the toolshed. You close your eyes and put your hands together as you get on your knees hoping and praying for whatever the thing was, moved along.
Suddenly whatever was checking on the toolshed, turned its attention to something else as you heard a violent growl that formed a, "Hey!" followed by a scream that sounded like a, "Mine!" then a gasp of air formed as whatever this thing was, was letting in a breath of air and causing it to wheeze. This sound was so chilling, that it caused the hairs on your arm to straighten up and a chill to run down your spine. The gnawing and chewing started up again with a couple of violent grunts and growls, as a bunch of beasts were fighting over food.
