Well, what would you rather be, everyone? A nurse or a pastry chef?
I think I'd choose the pastry chef myself, it's nicer to work with cake knives rather than with scalpels...
But either way, perhaps Iris being a nurse will tell us a bit more about everyone's past lives~? She used to be a mortal soul on Earth, just like Umeko...
