A week later, Min-ho and Tae-hyun were both roped into attending a group dinner with their classmates after finishing a big project. The dinner was meant to celebrate their success, but Min-ho was not in the mood. The dreams had been plaguing him, leaving him feeling tense and on edge. Every glance Tae-hyun sent his way, every casual touch when they passed in the hallway-it all felt electric, though he didn't know if Tae-hyun noticed.

At the dinner, they both drank more than usual, laughing and chatting with their peers as the alcohol flowed freely. Min-ho wasn't much of a drinker, however, to numb the chaos in his mind, tonight was an exception. Tae-hyun, on the other hand, seemed to be enjoying himself as usual, laughing loudly and making jokes at Minho's expense as if his mind was free of the melancholy chatter.

"Come on, Mr. Perfect. Have another drink!" Tae-hyun teased, shoving a glass of soju toward Min-ho.

Min-ho hesitated but then, under the influence of both alcohol and frustration, he downed the drink in one go, earning a cheer from Tae-hyun and the others. The warmth of the alcohol spread through his body, dulling the sharp edges of his thoughts. For the first time in weeks, he felt calm.

Later that night, they stumbled back to the dorm, both slightly tipsy but still aware enough to make it home. The tension between them felt different. More charged. Was it the alcohol?  Had it amplified something that had been simmering under the surface?

When they reached the dorm, Tae-hyun kicked off his shoes and flopped onto his bed with a lazy grin.

"I didn't think you could handle your drinks," he slurred playfully.

Min-ho stood in the doorway, his mind hazy but his heart racing. Tae-hyun looked so relaxed, so...untouchable. And yet, all Min-ho could think about was those dreams.

The kiss.

Heat.

Before he knew what he was doing, Min-ho crossed the room in a few swift strides, grabbing Tae-hyun by the collar and pulling him up into a rough kiss.

The world seemed to freeze for a moment as their lips met, and Min-ho's mind went blank. All the confusion, all the tension, all the questions that had been building inside him came crashing down in that one impulsive action.
Tae-hyun didn't respond at first, too shocked to move. But then, slowly, almost hesitantly, Tae-hyun kissed him back, his hands reaching down to grip Min-ho's hips.

The kiss deepened, and for a moment, the only sound in the room was their ragged breathing as they pulled each other closer.
When they finally broke apart, both of them were panting, their faces inches apart.
Min-ho's mind raced as he tried to comprehend what he had just done. He hadn't planned this-it had just happened.

Tae-hyun stared at him, his expression unreadable, a mix of surprise and something else that Min-ho couldn't quite place.

"What…..what was that?" Tae-hyun finally asked.

"I-I don't know," Min-ho admitted, running a hand through his hair in frustration.

"I don't know what's happening to me."

Tae-hyun raised an eyebrow, still catching his breath.

"I didn't think you swung this way."

"I didn't either," Min-ho said softly, his heart still pounding in his chest.

For a moment, neither of them moved, the air between them thick with unspoken emotions. Min-ho didn't know what this meant-whether it was the alcohol, the tension, or something deeper, unspoken. But for now, all he knew was that he couldn't stop thinking about Tae-hyun, and whatever was happening between them, it wasn't over.

The morning after, Min-ho woke up with a headache and was disoriented. His body felt heavy, and for a moment, he was tempted to pull the covers over his head and go back to sleep. But as his eyes fluttered open and the events of last night began to trickle back into his consciousness, his heart lurched.

He kissed Tae-hyun.

The realization hit him like a freight train, sending his pulse racing.

Min-ho shot up from the bed. His mind replayed the moment in vivid detail: the way he had grabbed Tae-hyun, the heat of the kiss, and the confusing mixture of desire and panic that had flooded his body.
He dragged a hand down his face, trying to process all these emotions crashing into him all at once. He felt like he had lost control, like everything he thought he knew about himself was unraveling.

What the hell is wrong with me?

Min-ho had never questioned his sexuality before. He had dated girls, had always been attracted to women-it was just how things were. But now, after that kiss with Tae-hyun, his entire identity felt like it was slipping through his fingers. It wasn't just the kiss. There had been the dreams, the way he had started noticing Tae-hyun more, the strange tension that had been building between them.

His stomach churned as he remembered how good the kiss had felt. That was the part that scared him the most- because it wasn't just out of impulse or frustration. He wanted it. Even if he couldn't explain why. He did. Worse, Tae-hyun had kissed him back.

Min-ho glanced over at Tae-hyun's bed. It was empty, the sheets messily thrown to one side, and the room was eerily quiet. He wasn't sure whether to feel relieved or anxious about the fact that Tae-hyun wasn't there.

What does he think of me now?

Min-ho groaned, burying his face in his hands. What was he supposed to do now?

He couldn't just pretend it hadn't happened, but the thought of confronting Tae-hyun about it made his stomach twist in knots.

The sound of the door creaking open snapped him out of his thoughts. Min-ho's heart leaped into his throat as Tae-hyun walked into the room, holding a coffee in one hand and looking as casual as ever. He didn't seem rattled, though there was a noticeable lack of the usual smug grin on his face. Instead, his expression was unreadable, guarded even.

Tae-hyun caught Min-ho's eye for a split second before looking away, setting his coffee on the desk. The silence between them was thick. Min-ho's throat felt dry as he tried to figure out what to say.

Finally, Tae-hyun broke the deafening silence.

"You good?"

Min-ho blinked, caught off guard by how nonchalant Tae-hyun sounded. He opened his mouth, but the silence continued. His heart pounded in his chest, the awkwardness of the moment was palpable, suffocating him.

"I-uh-about last night..." Min-ho stammered, his voice shaky.

Tae-hyun shrugged, taking a sip of his coffee.

"You were drunk. It happens."

Min-ho winced at the casual dismissal. Is that all it was? He wasn't sure whether to feel relieved or insulted by Tae-hyun's indifference.

"I wasn't that drunk," Min-ho said, his voice quieter now, more serious.

Tae-hyun raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything, his expression still guarded.
Min-ho's stomach tightened as he realized he needed to face the truth, even if he wasn't sure what that truth was yet.

"I-I don't know what's going on with me. I don't...I don't usually do things like that."

Tae-hyun set down his coffee, crossing his arms as he leaned against the desk. His eyes locked onto Min-ho's, and for the first time since entering the room, his expression softened, just a little.

"Yeah, I figured."

Min-ho wanted to say more, to ask if Tae-hyun had felt anything during that kiss, if it had meant something to him too. But the words caught in his throat, trapped by the fear of what the answers might be.

Tae-hyun sighed, pushing himself off the desk and walking closer to Min-ho.

"Look," he said, his voice surprisingly gentle.

"You're obviously freaking out, and I get it. But whatever's going on with you, you don't need to have it all figured out right now."

Min-ho looked up at him, his chest tightening. Tae-hyun's words were unexpectedly reassuring, but they didn't erase the turmoil swirling inside him.

"Does it.. does it bother you?" Min-ho asked quietly.

Tae-hyun was silent for a moment. Then he shook his head.

"No. It doesn't bother me."

If Tae-hyun wasn't bothered, then why was Min-ho so on edge? What was it about Tae-hyun that made him feel this way?

As if reading his thoughts, Tae-hyun leaned in slightly, his voice low and serious.

"Look, I'm not going to push you for answers. But if you need to talk...or figure things out, I'm here."

"I'll...I'll think about it," Min-ho said finally, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Take your time," he said, turning toward his desk and picking up his coffee again.

Min-ho lay back down on his bed, staring at the ceiling as thoughts raced through his mind.

That evening, Min-ho sat at his desk. He had assignments to do, but his mind wasn't cooperating. Across the room, Tae-hyun was sitting on his own bed, scrolling through his phone, seemingly unbothered by the tension that hung in the air between them.

Min-ho's eyes flicked over to him every few seconds, his stomach twisting and turning like a violent ocean.

After a while, Tae-hyun stretched, groaning as he tossed his phone aside.

"You still thinking about yesterday?" he asked, with an edge of curiosity.

Min-ho blinked, startled by the sudden question. He opened his mouth to deny it, but the words got stuck in his throat. What was the point in lying? He had been thinking about it non-stop.

Tae-hyun gave a small, knowing smile but didn't press the issue. Instead, he stood up and grabbed a couple of sodas from the mini-fridge they shared.

"Here," he said, tossing one to Min-ho.

Min-ho caught the soda awkwardly and stared at it for a moment before popping it open. He didn't know that thoughtful side of him. His mind kept drifting back to last night, to the way Tae-hyun had looked at him afterward.

The atmosphere in the room started to shift. The distance between him and Tae-hyun, even though it was only a few feet, felt smaller. Intimate, even.

Tae-hyun, leaning back on his bed with a relaxed expression, caught Min-ho staring and raised an eyebrow.

"You sure you're okay?"

Min-ho looked away quickly, feeling his face flush.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he mumbled, taking another long sip of his drink.

Tae-hyun didn't seem convinced, but he didn't push. Instead, he leaned back further, resting his head on his arms.

"You know," he said slowly, his voice softer now, "you don't have to be so hard on yourself. You're allowed to be confused."

Min-ho's chest tightened. Tae-hyun's words hit him deeper than he expected. He glanced over at Tae-hyun again, his gaze lingering on the curve of his jaw, the way his shirt stretched over his chest.

For a moment, it made him want to do something reckless again.

"What if 1 don't want to be confused anymore?" Min-ho said.

Tae-hyun's eyes flicked over to him, his expression suddenly more serious, the playful grin fading.

"What do you mean?"

Min-ho swallowed hard, feeling his pulse quicken. The room felt hotter, the space between them shrinking with every second. He wasn't sure what he meant. He wasn't sure of anything anymore, except for the fact that being around Tae-hyun made him feel things he couldn't ignore.

"!...l keep thinking about it," Min-ho admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. "About you. About the kiss."

Tae-hyun sat up slightly, his gaze intense now, studying Min-ho's face. The air between them bubbled with tension, thick and heavy, Min-ho felt like he was on the verge of something he couldn't take back.

Tae-hyun didn't say anything for a moment, his eyes searching Min-ho's. Then, slowly, he swung his legs off the bed and stood up, walking over to where Min-ho sat at his desk. He stopped in front of him, close enough that Min-ho could feel the warmth radiating from his body.

"You want to know if it was just the alcohol," Tae-hyun said softly, his voice low and husky, "or if it's something else."

Min-ho's heart pounded in his chest as he nodded.

Tae-hyun leaned down, his hand gently cupping Min-ho's jaw, his thumb brushing lightly against his skin. The touch sent a shiver down Min-ho's spine, and he felt his whole body tense with anticipation. Tae-hyun's face was inches from his, their breaths mingling in the small space between them.

"Then let's find out," Tae-hyun whispered.

Before Min-ho could respond, Tae-hyun closed the distance between them, his lips pressing softly against Min-ho's. This time, the kiss wasn't rushed or desperate-it was slow, deliberate, like Tae-hyun was giving Min-ho the time to process what was happening, to figure out what he wanted.
And Min-ho kissed him back.

There was no hesitation this time, no second-guessing. Min-ho's hands found their way to Tae-hyun's waist, pulling him closer as their kiss deepened. The confusion that had plagued him for days seemed to melt away in the heat of Tae-hyun's body against his. It wasn't just about curiosity or frustration anymore. It was about something real, something undeniable.

Tae-hyun's hand slid up into Min-ho's hair, tugging gently, sending a thrill through him. Min-ho groaned softly against his lips, the sound surprising him. Tae-hyun responded by pressing closer, his body now straddling Min-ho's as he took control of the kiss, guiding it with a confidence that left Min-ho breathless.

When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathing heavily, their faces flushed.

Tae-hyun pushed Min-ho onto the bed, pulling off his shirt to reveal his toned body.

“Since It's your first time with a guy I won't go too far.”

He then tugged at Min-ho's shirt, slowly undressing him.

Tae-hyun started slowly licking his nipple and biting it softly, which made Min-ho flinch.

He worked his way down Min-ho's body, undressing him piece by piece. As he continued, Tae-hyun looked at Min-ho with an almost teasing smile.

“Your dick is so pretty.”

Min-ho’s blushed, covering his face in embarrassment. Tae-hyun grabbed both of Min-ho’s hands, holding them down gently.

“Don’t hide, I want to see your face,” he murmured, his grip firmed yet tender.

School is starting soon, and Mirae University has introduced a new program for the year. To help improve student performance, they’ve launched an initiative where students can voluntarily sign up to be paired as dorm roommates—matching students with lower grades with those who have higher grades. Participants also receive a significant discount on dorm costs. Min-ho, a hardworking student with excellent grades, signed up because he needs to save money. Tae-hyun, on the other hand, joined because he sees it as an easy way to boost his grades by relying on his roommate.
