"You've got to be kidding me" Jacob sighs as she watches his toddler run round the living room from his place at the kitchen. Covered from head to two in shampoo and bubbles, stood is daughter and the love of his life, Laura. The little four year old was a bundle of joy, just one that really made him want to snap his neck in two at times.

"I turned around for one second Laura, one second". The little girl halts in her steps and pouts, "But bubbles pretty" She shows him her hands, all cover in slippery soap. "Atleast I won't need to bother too much about the bath or doing laundry. I can only imagine what the bathroom looks like right now" He groans, hands running trough his curly dark hair. 

Jacob pulls of his apron, dropping it on the kitchen island and makes his way to the girl who now sat playing with her soap drenched chubby baby fingers. He picks her up with little protest and heads to the bathroom, where he knew she'd been several moments ago. 

And as expected, the bathroom was a mess, bathing items littered the floor, and the half full baby shampoo which she had all over her was messily kept on the sink, the lid haphazardly placed into the bottle. 

"What am I going to do about you. What if you had gotten hurt, will I need to strap you into a high chair everytime I leave you alone for even a minute" Jacob sighs, though his tone wasn't too serious. When she acted like this it reminded her so much of Jaemin, and it hurt him to think of them, but it was the truth, Jaemin and Mingyu were the fathers of his child after all. 

He gives the light skinned girl and gentle smile, running his hands trough her wet sticky hair. She smiles up at him, deep craters forming in her cheeks as she looked up at her dad. 

And there was Mingyu, though he had dimples as well, he'd like to think that she got them from him even though he knew that wasn't biologically possible. 

He hated how he still thought about them when he looked at her, he hated himself for still wishing them well even after what they both did to him. He went trough alot to get away from them, talk less of him being pregnant trough it all. But there was no point dwelling on the past now. He was loving just fine without them.

He was making both he and Laura happy, and that was all that mattered.

He pinches the little girls cheeks and squeals, trying to push his hands away. "Let's get you cleaned up"

Laura smiled as she kicked her feet up and down, shuffling from side in her booster seat. Her neatly ironed uniform didn't seem to stand a chance like many other days, seeing as Laura was quite the rough kid.

Jacob gazed down at her trough the rear view mirror, watching as she stared wide eyed out the window. It was the first day of the new session, and he hoped that she'd be able to cope well with the new kids in her class. 

"Are you ready to make some new friends?" He ask, and she meets his eyes trough the rear view mirror, a wide dimpled smile stretching across her face. "네!" She says in Korean, and Jacob gives her an impressed smile. 

"I see you're studying your korean" He smiles, "Yes, I wanna be good, so I can talk to Appas", his smile drops. He's told her about her other dads at some point, but it wasn't a recurring topic so he was surprised to hear her speak about them now.

It suddenly made him feel uneasy. He wanted to say something, but talking about Jaemin and Mingyu weren't really things he liked doing. 

His phone rings. 

Jacob let out a relieved sigh when he sees the person calling, he picks. "Hey Jisoo" 

"Hello baby boy, how's it going. Is Laura there with you?" 

"Ah yes, Laura say hello to your God mother" 

"Aunty Jisoo!" She squeals, "I'm going to school!"

"You're driving?" She alpha asks Jacobn, "Yes, she's on her way to school and you know I never ignore your calls"

"Awwn" Jisoo cues, "Anyways how it going, just wanted to remind you of the shoot we're having today!"

Jacob turns a corner, seeing the school ahead and drives towards the gates. Laura starts bouncing in her seat and he gives her a look, telling her to sit still. "Yes I remember, you've reminded me about it every week since they debuted. Even Hyunsoo isn't that excited." 

"Oh he's just acting like that because it's you. He doesn't want to show he's crush he's soo excited to debut" She laughs, and Jacob blushes a bit, "I told you he's not crushing on me"

"Crush?" Laura parrots, and Jacob groans causing Jisoo to laugh hard. "Yes crush, you're Dada has an admirer~"

"Okay thats enough of that, I'll call you back later, were rolling into school now"

"Alright Alright, have a good first day Laura" She says, sending a big smooch her way, which the little girl giggles at, before Jisoo ends the call.

Jacob sighs, the female alpha was going to get him into serious trouble one day.

Jacob passes the gates of the elementary school, going over to find a parking spot for himself. He parks and let's helps Laura out of her cat seat. The little girls giggles and flings unto her father as he carries her in her arms, with her other school items. 

He makes his way into the small school, trying to remember the class that was supposed to be Laura's. After about 2 minutes of walking around aimlessly and signing them in, he eventually found her class. He lets her down, and she gives him a big smile. "Are you ready?" Jacob asks, mirroring her smile. "Yes!" She squeaks excitedly and he can't help but laugh a bit. 

He opens the door, but what he sees isn't at all what he expected. This wasn't the plan.
