Hello, and welcome to Tech Support Stories!

I work in IT, and after having worked in various different positions in it for 10 or so years, started to doodle some stories on things that have happened in various places, at various times, with various people.

Shortly after that I sketched this little fellow, and that was really all the concepting I needed. (There were some other options for the character as well, but none of them felt right in the sense this one did. Perhaps you'll meet them a bit later on.)

After I successfully had managed to print the first part of these stories and publish them in English on itch.io (https://ylvanaar.itch.io/tales-from-tech-support), I figured it was a good time to start publishing them slowly outside that as well. Especially since the second part is already on its way.

This story is for all of you dead on the inside or on the outside people, those of you who work in IT, customer service, or in a lot of cases, both. I hope you find yourself, your colleagues, your friends and your nightmares on these pages, and more than anything, I hope that some of them make you laugh a little bit.

I wanted this project to be the kind that could bring a little bit of laughter to people's lives. I'll leave it up to others to see if I succeeded.
