Why is Kaimai (Key-mai) always involved in some sort of crime? Not that she caused it, but she's working on knowing how to stop it. Kaimai is a girl from the country, born and raised there, but now finds herself in a strange place, in a gloomy city with strange characters.
Her law studies get intrupted by a curious blond fellow, who's name was Jelly. There is also a friendly seeming guy named Lux who always talks to her.
Her studies get further turned upside down when a crime happens involving her new friend, and a detective agency is out to nail him for the crime. Now she has to prove his innocence and find the real criminal before it's too late for him. Can she solve the mystery before Jelly's time is up?
