Narrowing down the hall into the servant quarters, there came little giggles and whispers. It was those slacker maids of the manor, Leonie, Ida, and Emilia. They were all huddled up in a corner giggling to themselves.

“Idiots…” Matts whispered rolling along still looking for Roman, she loved her servants but they were all very strange in her eyes. Leonie was her mothers lady’s maid, and Roman’s little sister so she was excluded from the ‘idiots’ comment, but the other two, Ida and Emilia, were difficult to understand. 

You see, Ida and Emilia are twins. THough they might look somewhat the same, they are so different but act so similar. This made MAtts mad, because she could never figure out which one is which, even though there were multiple differences, like the mole placements on there faces, or the fact that Ida had short hair and Emilia had her hair long, and would either style it in twin braids or just wear it down. 

But this did not matter. 

Matts often hated the fact that they looked so similar to her, blonde hair and freckles everywhere, the only exception being the fact the twins had baby blue eyes, but this often made the others refer to Emilia as Matts’ older sister, because she was the nursemaid and it was her job to care for Matts, despite Matts’ protests. 

Ida and Matts on the other hand had a relaxed relationship. It was not Ida’s job to care for her, and it was not Matts’ duty to talk to her, they were chill, a few yes/no questions once in a while but other than that, nothing. 

“You two are still standing here doing nothing?”
