The next day in Fluvaria was surprisingly peaceful during the morning. Even though the city would be doomed in the afternoon. Fluvaria is a small but grand city located near the coastline. It is a perfect blend between a vintage city and a modern one. The shiny modern buildings reflected the sunlight off their silver exterior, while the vintage buildings, although old, still looked just as good as they did many years ago.
Fluvaria wasn’t just home to buildings, it also had a good number of parks and nature reserves. One of those parks was now the location of a teenage boy named Bobby Braw. He had short brown hair and violet eyes. He was wearing a red shirt with long green sleeves, an orange scarf, black pants, and some brown shoes.
Bobby was relaxing on a park bench reading a newspaper. He was reading the front page which had the heading ‘Mysterious threat will doom Fluvaria this afternoon!’ This short article was about Harold and how he was about to get revenge on Fluvaria. When Bobby first saw the heading, he didn’t believe the article and thought it was fake news. But after reading through the article, he was shocked at what he’d just read. I can’t believe this is going to happen, Bobby said to himself. Throughout his whole life Bobby had believed in doing what was right, but he also wanted to have an adventurous movie-like experience he would never forget. These two things lead to him getting an idea. Wait, what if I gather my friends together to form a team and do something about this problem? Bobby asked himself. It’s worth a try.
Bobby got up from the bench, put the newspaper down, and left the park. He headed towards Fluvaria’s local engineering club. That’s where he assumed his best friend, Narvy, would be. After a ten-minute walk Bobby arrived at the engineering club. He looked around the building for a short time before he found Narvy building some sort of drone.
Narvy had a similar appearance to Bobby, mainly due to the short brown hair, but his eyes were azure instead of violet. Narvy was wearing a yellow shirt and a brown tool belt which carried a decent number of tools. But most of the tools were hidden underneath his blue jacket. Narvy also wore some black pants and brown shoes.
“Narvy, I have something important to tell you,” said Bobby. Narvy stopped working on his drone and looked at Bobby. “Okay, what do you need to tell me?” asked Narvy. “I read the newspaper and I found out that Fluvaria is going to be destroyed this afternoon,” answered Bobby “We need to do something about this.” Narvy didn’t know what Bobby had in mind, so he asked, “How are we going to save Fluvaria?” “We are going to form a team and stop Fluvaria from being plagued by this threat,” answered Bobby. “But we need more than two members.” Narvy showed great interest in Bobby’s idea and gladly joined his newly formed team. Narvy then asked, “Who are we going to recruit next?” Bobby replied, “We should recruit Hannah. I think she’ll make a great addition to our team.” Narvy agreed, then he told Bobby that Hannah would most likely be somewhere on the beach right now, because she lives right next to the beach. Bobby exited the engineering club building and waited for Narvy to do the same. Narvy stored his unfinished drone away in a safe place and headed off to the beach with Bobby.
At the beach, Hannah was sitting on the soft, yellow sand while writing a description of the beach in her notebook. She had always wanted to be a journalist and enjoyed writing ‘reports’ on her surroundings. Hannah was a girl who looked like she was from the beach. She had long blonde hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a sleeveless, white, one-piece dress that went down to her knees. It was fastened by three gold buttons running down a red stripe on the right side of the dress. Hannah also wore a yellow belt, maroon bracelets, and maroon sandals. When Bobby and Narvy arrived at the beach they immediately went up to Hannah and told her about the newly formed team.
“Sounds interesting,” replied Hannah. “But what is the purpose of this team?” she asked. “Today I read a newspaper that claimed Fluvaria will be destroyed by an evil threat this afternoon,” answered Bobby, “and I thought we could get together as a team and stop this happening.” After Bobby explained the goals of the team Hannah became much more interested in being part of it. “I’ll gladly join the team,” responded Hannah. “I also read that news article and I want that evil threat gone as much as you do.”
Bobby immediately took out his phone and sent a message to Edward. In the message Bobby asked Edward where he was. Fifteen seconds later Edward sent Bobby a message claiming that he was at the gym in Fluvaria’s shopping mall, which is known as HighQ LowC. The Q stands for Quality and the C stands for Cost. Bobby and Narvy left the beach and went off to HighQ LowC. As they were leaving the beach Hannah finished off her ‘report’ and went back to her house to put away her notebook. After that, she went to HighQ LowC with Bobby and Narvy.
HighQ LowC has been around for many generations. Many people would go there every year and for good reason. It was not only decked out with two stories full of amazing shops, but it was also home to other things people of all ages could happily spend their time with, like the mini cafe, Trooth Booth, children’s rides, and of course the gym. As soon as Bobby, Narvy and Hannah arrived at HighQ LowC they walked through the giant glass doors and stepped into the foyer of the shopping mall.
Meanwhile, Edward was doing some simple workouts at the gym, such as weight lifting and push-ups. Fitness and sports had always been his greatest interests. Edward was a fine-looking person just like his friends. He had thick wavy hair the colour of a chestnut and dark green eyes. Edward wore a navy blue sweatshirt with some black pants and some grey trainers. He also wore a brown leather sleeve on his left arm. The sleeve was connected to a piece of brown leather which lay over his left shoulder and covered up the top-left part of his torso. All of this was held in place by a brown leather belt which ran across his torso from the front part of the leather piece to the back of it.
As Edward went up to get some different weights, Bobby, Narvy and Hannah walked into the gym. “Bobby, I’m glad you came here,” said Edward. “The message you sent me sounded urgent, what’s the problem?” Bobby told Edward about the newspaper article he’d read earlier today and how he was going to form a team to stop an evil threat. “That sounds great, I’ll gladly join,” replied Edward.
Just then, his sister Rita entered the gym with two mince pies in her hands. Rita looked a lot like Edward except she looked more feminine and had longer hair. She also wore a Byzantium (purple) shirt, maroon cardigan, black pants, and white shoes. “Sorry for the long wait, the queue was massive,” explained Rita, as she handed one of the pies over to Edward. “Rita, would you like to be a part of Bobby’s team?" asked Edward after he took a bite of the pie. Rita asked Bobby what the team was about, and he explained to her the same stuff he’d explained to everyone else. Rita immediately decided to join the team after Bobby explained it to her.
“Is this the whole team?” asked Rita. “No,” replied Bobby. “I still need to get one more person.” Narvy, Hannah, Edward and Rita tried to figure out who Bobby was talking about. Eventually, they came to the conclusion that he was talking about their friend Elsa. They turned out to be correct, after Bobby told them who the sixth member will be. “Where do you think she is?” asked Hannah. “I think she’s in the clothing shop,” answered Bobby confidently. The five of them set off for the clothing store.
At the clothing shop, Elsa was investigating some dresses in order to decide which one she favoured. Although shorter than the rest of her friends, Elsa was the most beautiful out of all of them. She had somewhat long, ginger hair tied into twin braids, and sapphire eyes. She was wearing a white and dark green lace shirt with short sleeves, a white and light blue chequered skirt, white socks, and some dark green tongueless shoes. There were three dresses currently in front of her. One of them was a red satin dress cut like a toga. The second one was a plain white, long-sleeved dress with golden lace sewn over it. And the third one was a two-piece blue dress with black highlights.
As Elsa looked at the dresses, Bobby and his friends ran into the shop and called out her name. Obviously, Elsa was intrigued to hear what Bobby had to tell her. Once again Bobby explained the concept of the team and after he did so, Elsa happily agreed to join. “Okay, we have everyone,” announced Bobby. “Now we just need a team name.” For the next ten minutes the six of them came up with names like ‘The Stupendous Six’, ‘The B Team’ and ‘The Brawsies’. Eventually they came up with the ‘Braw Agents’ and settled on that name.
“So, what do we do now?” asked Hannah. “Well, we formed this team to stop the mysterious threat from attacking our city,” explained Bobby. “And there’s probably going to be some fighting involved.” None of the other Braw Agents understood what Bobby meant. “Your point is?” asked Edward. “We should purchase some weapons,” replied Bobby, “and I know where to find some.” Bobby then ran out of HighQ LowC, along with the rest of the Braw Agents, to buy their new weapons.
