Odette Beaumont, aged 17 years old, 175 cm and .. well you never ask a woman her weight. She was a beautiful girl by all means, hair brown like the autumn leaves, slightly wavy and past her waist often styled in a loose braid. Her eyes were captivating… hazel eyes with slight specks of brown sprinkled in. She had a slim build, and to describe her style she would give off “the girl next door” kind of vibes. She loved makeup, but she couldn't bother taking it off in the evening so she would rarely put on any. Her clothes were basic, not many eye-catching colours, she loved tattoos but she couldn't commit to one, so she opted for piercings instead, mostly ear piercings though… On a day to day she opts for comfortable clothes and she doesn't really wanna spend her money on the latest trends so always something basic.
Odette spends 9 months of the year with Victor and Theo in the Willow house. The three months of the summer she would spend with her parents in their family house. She was quite discreet on all matters of her family and this period she spends with them. She was not ashamed or anything, it's just that she lived two different lives in comparison and she didn't like mixing them together much. While being in the Willow house, she spends her time doing mostly nothing, she studies but it's not like she excels in anything, she lives off the small allowance her parents send to her and to Victor and she doesn't bother working. After all, the activities she likes to do (watch series, go out with Sara and such) didn't require much money. She never was in a relationship, although she had some summer flings while on summer vacation. In her life, there is only one person that holds the highest value in her eyes, and that is her uncle Victor… Living with her parents always brought her some sense of anxiety and lack of self worth. Claire and Alex Beaumont were two people that were never satisfied with anything, especially their daughter. As their offspring she had to be the best in anything and everything, and they had no concept of tolerance or patience so to say… In comparison, living with Victor was simple, he loved her even as she was not doing anything, not being the best at anything and to Odette that was the most important. Somebody loving you for who you are, not because of their expectations of you. And to her, that person was her dearest uncle Victor. Though Victor couldnt spend a lot of time with her because of his work, the times where they were together were enough for her to hold Victor in the highest esteem.
Lately there was someone else that piqued her interest, that person being Theo. Honestly Odette really didn't care much about Theo, sure they lived in the same house, went to the same school and all that.. She just didn't want to think about him at all. You see he was all her parents wanted her to be, and she unconsciously felt a bit jealous about that.
She was just happy she started university soon and didn't have to see him everyday in class at least. She chose to study Economics and Theo Criminology. She was sure their ways would part soon, after all with the school load and all the new changes that would come they wouldn't cross each other as frequently.
“Oh yes, He also works somewhere.. Typical Theo” ,Thought Odette to herself, while she was coming back to the Willow house after the summer vacation.
“His family is super rich and he still works, he is too much honestly”.
“Sigh, I just really don't want to get more entangled with him..” She thought as she left out a desperate sigh..
Would the future turn out to be as she thought? That is left to be seen…
