Welsh Pronunciation Tips + Name Breakdown

figured this miiiiight be useful but this for sure cannot replace actual professional resources. The pronunciations not from Sioned Davies's Mabinogion translation are my best approximations based on how they sound/how I pronounce them, but whether or not I translated them into this very well is another thing. I tried my best though.
Rhys was/is an embarrassing uni student who went to live houses on god. He's wearing a band shirt but I wonder what band....

Fascinating! 💖 I lived in Brittany for 10 years, and although I was told the local language is the closest to Welsh among Celtic languages, its pronunciation is more straightforward. But maybe it's because the spelling was simplified under the influence of the French language.
