Kai threw a pack of sour cream onto the weeb "Stop reading and help me fucker"

Soham obeyed by putting away the groceries, after all, he was the owner of this place.

For the cooking part, he simply put the pastas in the boiling water and - And that's it.

Kai stared at him.

"What ?"

"Spit it out"

"How many are we ?"

Soham looked to the pastas in the pan "It's not that much"

"Itch nowt that much" Kai repeated then he flashed a grin to the annoyed side eye "For how much d'you finish it all today ?"

"8" Soham affirmed chin up.

They did a countdown then revealed the number 3 in synch. Soham clicked his tongue as swaying his head to the left.

Kai slowly but surely slid his palm on Soham's shoulder then used all his strength in sinking his fingers in it. 

With an angelic smile he said "I will shove it down your throat if it can help"

Soham forced a crisped smirk as grabbing Kai's hand and crushing it "I will shove something else down your throat if you do"

"Oh yeah ?" He teased.

Soham pursed his lips feeling suddenly sour and let go, which lead Kai to do exactly the same. 

The sourness prevented Soham from eating much of the carbonara although it would usually make him drool like Kai right now.

Soham was taking few bites in between countless fork movements in the plate. It smelled heavenly but once in the mouth...it tasted bland.

The more he thought about how he felt, the more he was sinking.

Like quicksand.

"Should I shove it ?"

The spacing out literally broke into a thousand pieces. Soham scoffed with an exasperated face, his brows finally resting. Even if he gave up on that, Kai remained his bestfriend.
