Tiger hat: tiger-shaped hats typically worn by children in the belief that they’ll ward off evil and sickness.
Yang Ying’s fear of tiger hats is inspired by my own childhood fear of lion dance. I’d never really thought much of it, but doing some cursory search on the internet, apparently it's a pretty common experience among young children.
