As mentioned previously, I’ve been experimenting with how I format my panels. Now that you've read this far, how do you feel about it?
Do you think having almost all the panels be the same size feels too much like reading a comedy comic strip? Should I vary the placement of the panels, have some on the left of the page, some on the right, some on the middle, instead of having them all sit on the centre of the page? Or perhaps you have something else in your mind?
Constructive feedbacks will be greatly appreciated!
Yang Ying has heard those words one too many times already. Those are the words that follow blatant mockeries spat at his face. Those are the words that are supposed to lessen the pain of the bullying, but never do. Those are the words that supposedly wiser and worldlier adults use to justify their harassment of a small child.
This is a short story about trauma, and how it lingers.
