Ebs awoke in the snow. He was freezing and he wondered why those wild animals didn't kill him, but that was for a diffrent time. Ebs stood up, the snow was thinner than before, had he really traveled that far? Or had the wind swept the snow far and few? No matter the case Ebs mission was still clear, He pulled his box out of his bag.
"Hi! I've braved this stange... Land? No matter my friends. I am making my way further south, would not recomend settling to far north, as where I currently am. I was chased for awhile and am unawere of how far I've travelled. Sorry, heh. Anyway, I hope to update you soon with more information, over." Ebs sat down. He thought about everyone back home, did they miss him? Ebs really hoped so. Snow started to lightly fall, so Ebs sat up and continued his journey. His stomach growled, Ebs realized he hadn't eaten since he was in the cave. Ebs looked around for a shelter of some sorts, like a cave or a cluster of tress, or somthing of that sort. There was nothing, only a thin layer of snow in all directions. Whatever was hunting Ebs was far gone, leaving nothing behind beside him, no footprints... no blood. Ebs rummaged in his sack for somthing edible. He pulled out a bad of nuts and berries. Trail mix, his favorite. Ebs snacked as he walked, no time for standing still. Snow clung to his fur and slowed his speed.
Ebs eyes tired and he closed them, the rythmic crunch of the snow the only ting keeping him awake. He didn't know how far he walked by the time he opened his eyes again, but he could see odd shaped out of the corner of his vision. Were they trees? He thought. No,they're too curly, ringed and bent. Indeed the shapes in the distance curled like somthing unatural, Nothing like Earth's trees. Ebs checked his box, no reply. Had it even been that long? The sun hadn't even set yet. How much of this stupid planet was even snow? Ebs feet were sore and cold. Misery was seeping in. The sun was orange, deep orange. Like something out of a dream. A blank canvas... Thought Ebs.
"C'mon Ebs, you got this! Grass can't be that far away." Yet... Grass seemed to be a delusion now. A one Ebs clung to. "I thought this would be nicer," Ebs chuckled. He screamed. Nobody heard him. Ebs kept walking. How pathetic am I? Stating to go crazy on the first day. He thought. He sat down in the snow. He figured he could sit down for a minute. Right? He'd get to wherever he needed to go eventually. Humans could wait a little bit longer. He made an angel in the snow, tossing his bag aside. Ebs wondered how Aimsley was doing... everyone else too. Snow came down slowly. Falling on Ebs' nose. Ebs sat up and grabbed his bag. He realised the sun has finaly started to set. Ebs was glad the bright beams of light wouldn't hit his eyes, but he didn't know what would come out at night...
