Lol, someone who is flipping a cat's nails and washing them in a bathtub clearly doesn't know what a cat does or needs... Clipping their nails might be convenient for the owner but it's torture for the cat! Just as a health cat will always wash themselves. To be as dirty as the comic implies the cat is, you would have to put them into a real bad state! A cat will first stop eating and then stop washing themselves if I'll - that says a lot about them!
