With his plans for domination falling into place, Hem’ear establishes his rule and the New Rallian Empire. As he does, he learns that the large droid sent to Earth was defeated by Rellos. Hem’ear goes to his father’s cell, believing that there is more to why he sent Rellos away. Amillios refuses to give any information about his actions.
