"And this?" "A brick" "Brick"
"And what you have in your mouth?"
"Oh? They're braces. You can call them brackets too"
[Then it's just René trying to pronounce "Frenillos" (Braces)]

As someone who's bilingual too (well, I speak more then two languages but i don't know the words lol), I get you. It's a pain in the ass to translate stuff from a language to another even when you are fluent in both the languages
