A slightly more important message about disability representation, mainstream media and how it portrays disability isn't making a clear enough picture on what real world disabled life is like. I would like to live in a world where we can tell honest stories and also allow disabled people to see better representation, rather than the age-old ‘we can fix this’ narrative. I think that would empower and help people far more.
A weekly series based on my life as a non-binary, autistic and queer person living in the UK. Exploring trans joy and self acceptance, funny stories about my day to day life with friends, family and foes will abound.
