Emotional numbness is one of the worst things, it’s like pure torture, no matter what you do, you can’t feel a thing. What works for me is resting, providing a safe space to process and give time for all the things that are stuck to slowly come out. If you’re experiencing it please reach out, if you can, seek professional help, depression and burnout are serious mental health concerns.
