It is a wonderful house Full of luxuries and stories Nearly ten of them, Some would say, And even more rooms! You stand at the steps, At the grand height And you think to yourself, This is not quite the same, When I'm awake here at night. Your hands clutch the banister, You look down with a frown. That noise could be nothing. But still, you look around. You'll find that it's something Patiently waiting, way down. So the dangers, you imagine Inside your palace, Which is lit up by moon. One of those thoughts is right. It's been ten years and counting Some say even more Now your body holds more scars Than you've ever counted before. It was a wonderful house.
