Once again Commissioner Gordon is on top of the GCPD roof waiting next to the infamous bat signal, but this time, he isn't alone. Young officer Jenkins, who has a rather negative view of the Dark Knight joins him. It's up here that Jenkins begins to learn the true meaning of Batman and why this city needs him.
