Chapter 1: My Early Life Miracles

Chapter 1: My Early Life Miracles

Feb 03, 2025

It all began here in my hometown Houston, Texas. Where I was born. My world would be filled to the brim with a Cursed Blessing. Because I was disabled and of my Race. This is my life story. Let's start from the beginning.

I was born as an early baby. My Mother was pregnant with me when My father and her decided to have a little Vacation to the Maldives. But on the way to the Airport they had a big accident. While driving over a bridge, a truck hit my Parent's car and then the car was thrown to the water under the bridge. It was devastating. Many lives were taken in that accident including My Father. Who was killed instantly when the truck hit. While on the other hand, my Mom miraculously survived the accident. They treated her to the Hospital. She was doing alright, until I decided I wanted to get an early start to this Cruel World.

With my Mother's current condition, the doctor's couldn't help us both. Either I needed to be aborted and my Mom lives another day or She gives birth to me and she dies. If I were her, I would choose to Abort the baby. But she was a caring Woman. Although she never met me, she really did love me. Sacrificing her own life to bring me to this world. She paid the price of having me. My name had already been decided before I was born. My name was Rhoa Belle Rodriguez, an Indian-Spanish Black American Woman. I was born on the 12th of January.

It was a Family crisis after My Parents died. My Father was the heir to a Multi-Billion Oil Company. While my Mother was a CFO in her Family's Business. They didn't know what to do with Little old me. It caused a big argument among my Dad's Family and my Mother's. Looking back now I think they only wanted me because of my vast wealth from my Parents. They didn't want me because I was family. They wanted me because I was an added addition to their wealth. A little Pawn to their never-ending winning streak in their Chess Games. My Family was driven by greed that made them selfish of their own individual wealth. After many arguments, they decided to have a truce.

My unwealthy Aunt from my Mom's side would raise me, whilst only being Sixteen years older than me, she wanted to take me in from the start. Not because of my Wealth but because she loved my Mother and loving me would mean loving my Mother. After that, I attended my Life's first funeral, at only Three days old. Looking back I pity my Three-year-old self. I attended a Funeral of Parents that I have never met. We then moved to a Small Apartment in the middle of the crowded city of Houston, Texas. Although I had a vast amount of wealth from my deceased Parents, My Aunt was not allowed to use it. My Mother explicitly said not to give it to me until I was an Adult. I was both grateful and disappointed, because I grew up in a fairly Middle-Low class life. On the other hand, I understood why my mom did this. To make me not turn into a Spoiled Brat without clear income. My Aunt only worked as a simple Secretary in the Department of Education.

Months go by living a Simple life as a Baby. Sleep, Eat, Play. I wish it would stay that way. After a few Months my Aunt noticed that I wasn't walking yet. She decides to bring me to the Hospital. Just curious why. It was also time for me to check up and get vaccines. But that visit changed everything for me and my Aunt. It turns out I had Peripheral Nerve Injury on my Right leg. In my case, it was caused due to a lack of B12 and D Vitamins. Little old me didn't know that right there would change my entire life. The Doctor said I couldn't walk. My Aunt was devastated. She then went to her family, begging to give her and me money so I can buy a Wheelchair but they refused. My Aunt then went to my Dad's family and begged for money there but they also refused. But what made me sad the most was that they—My family—cut ties with my Aunt and me. We're now alone in this big dark cruel world.

She knew she had to raise an Indian-Spanish Black-American Disabled Girl In a White Supremacist Country. It will be hard to do so. She lost herself. She was confused. She started drinking. Excessively drinking. It went on for a Month. A Month full of Torture she likes to say to me. But then she realized it in herself that I was the only remains of her Sister and I was born because of a Miracle. My existence, how I was here, was because of Miracle. It was an intervention from God. She knew I was born because I had to fulfill a purpose, everyone has a key role in life. So do I. So overnight she turned from a Hard-working free Teen, into a full-fledged, determined, responsible Adult. She gave up drinking and worked hard. For me.

Promotion after promotion. Jobs after Jobs, she worked hard for me. What was another Miracle was that she never got sick. She did catch a cold once in a while but she stood her ground again. She was a fighter, not a quitter. She had the mentality of a healthy person during sick times and a Positive mentality during Dark times. She was a savior to me and my Mother Figure. After a few years passed I was enrolled into a Kindergarten near the apartment. But I didn't know if I was special in my own way. It was in kindergarten I got to know my new Cursed Blessing.

To be continued....
