Of all the worlds throughout the galaxy only a handful ever create music (let alone the most evolved form or music: rock n roll). Earth was on track to be admitted into the Galactic Union, a vast coalition of worlds stretching across the Milky Way, but somewhere along the way Earth's music turned weak. Its rock n roll became watered down. In order to steer Earth back on the right path Red Hot Rebellion, the second best band in the galaxy, has been sent to help rebuild Earth's rock scene. But they've run into a few snags...
