In the futuristic year of 2016, a global military company, Globe-X, rises and terrorises the Earth, with one goal: Global Domination. In response, a multinational special mission force, the Strike Force Heroes, is formed to combat Globe-X. In addition, the courageous Fooks family form an international task force for global security and emergency, known as Task Force Fooks (or the Fooks Five) and manage to bring down Globe-X at bay, thus beginning a war against them. Now, in the year 2030, Earth face more threats from other alien races throughout the universe – Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans and many other foes and together, throughout time and space, the Fooks Five and the Strike Force Heroes unite to defend Earth and Time against these foes and Globe-X.
