It's been two weeks since Alex did the test the second time. Somehow he convinced Adam to taste too, so when both of their results will come they connect them.

So now there is nothing to do but to wait. He still don't know if telling Kelly was the right thing to do, somehow she begins to be more needy and she tries to be intimate with him every time they meet. He felt guilty because ever since he met Gabi he never could bring himself to be with her like they used to be. Barely kissing let alone go further.

So the last days he was, and he doesn't want to use that word, hidden in Adam's apartment. It's felt like it's his apartment because Adam was there only two or three days a week. Today Adam was in the apartment. Adam made dinner and they were sitting on the floor in the living room, eating and talking like in college.

Adam frowned as he saw on Adam's neck, he stroked the bruise cove Adam neck. “What happened to you?” Alex asks. As he saw Adam face heating up, all his concern for Adam flew out the window. Alex pushed him. Adam laughed.

“So that's where you are going at night, what is their name?” Alex asked, and picked food with his fork. Adam took his time to answer so Alex looked at him. Adam avoided his eyes, and taking his time to chew.

“Adam, is there something wrong with the person?” Alex asks slowly, ever since they become a roommate at college, he felt that Adam like his little brother, more than his real one.

“His name is Ariel,” Adam said, looking at Alex's reaction, but it seems that Alex need more information. “Is Gabi friend” Alex gasps half laugh, half shock. “The one who helped Gabi entered to the car that time” Adam said fast.

Alex shook his head, not sure if he was angry or not. “How did it even happen?”

“I don't know, we met on the net, and one thing led to another. And before I knew it we were making out, doing stuff.” Adam spoke with his hands.

Adam looks at Alex and see a worried look at his eyes.

“Look me and him talk about it, so far we are having fun, no chains attached. He really cool person”

“And you think we can be good friends” Alex said sarcastic and Adam laugh, Alex get irritable be Adam reaction.

“Why not? Because the thing with Gabi?”

Adam shook his head, “if you know him, you learn that he never judges people with someone else's eyes. I think you two could be friends. I think if he really knows you there is no chance he doesn't like you. You have the biggest heart I have ever seen on a person.” Alex avoids eye contact when the conversation becomes emotional for him. He blinks as he tries not to cry.

He always thought it was a sign from god that both become roommates. It's been tough for both of them to grow up, Adam ever since he can remember he was in the foster system, when he entered college he went through over 19 ‘homes’. Luckily to him he gets an emancipation and full scholarship to college.

Alex was lucky when he born to a rich family, but that's no more to it. He never felt the warm feeling of family people talk about or what you can see in the TV. He was the older child but always felt his little sibling looking down on him. His parents, it seems like he never can get on theirs a good side, when he presents as an alpha it felt like going on eggshells. So he has enough from them, and when his time to choose a college he choose one a 12 hours flight. And ever since that he never comes back home, no matter how much Kelly begs him, she always just talked to them through a phone.

It's always annoyed Adam how much Kelly tries to connect the ‘Anderson family’ even after everything Alex told her about his childhood. He never said it out loud, he knows how much Alex is sensitive about his family.

“How is he?” Alex asks, trying to change the train of thoughts. A foolish smile spared across Adam's face. “I don't know how to explain that, he is intelligent. He teaches me so much stuff,” Alex rolled his eyes to the last sentence. “No, not like that,” Adam tried to defend himself. “I mean a little bit like that,” Alex pushed Adam playfully and they both laughed. “He is a genius with everything related to computers and hardware. He let me use his code to enter the database.” Alex eyes wide open, Adam hold his hand in defiance “I know I'm holding information from you, but I promise to Ari”.

Alex finds it funny that Alex keeps a secret from him, especially for someone else. All that only says to him that Ari must be really special. He really hopes whatever the answer from the taste they toke, doesn't hurt him. As he looks at Adam talk about Ariel with the big smile and the shining eyes, he never wants that look to change on Adam's face.

So he doesn't push farther and just listens to Adam talking about Ariel.

“So you telling me, he made you watch all the high school photos?” Alex asked little confused, how the conversation took a turn.

“Ohh.. I never told you. Apparently my lucky charm belongs to him” Adam took out his charm and held it so it swung. From all the surprising thing he been told that the biggest one.

“How?” Alex whispered his question.

“He lost it on the bus, where I found it,” Adam separates the little pot from the cactus, rivaling the USB. Making another surprise to Alex. “I know. That's exactly how I react. He keep all kind of pictures there, he told me the school gave him to be in charge of the graduation book. And he lost it just before he could finish it”

“I hope it doesn't get him in trouble.” Alex said. But Adam canceled it with a wave of his hand. “He told me that one he put in the USB he used to blackmail his classmates” they both laughed, and Adam continued to tell him a tales about Ariel.
