In the town of Hangloid there has always been crime. The police department (some which are very autistic) work very hard to stop this. The main 3 being detective Thompson. A smart intelligent officer who is tasked with evidence. Officer Hilliam - The chilled officer who is very talented in his line of work. And finally the chief who keeps order and sometimes joins in with the wacky shenanigans.
Their biggest case has always been "Shitman" a mysterious being who likes to smear his own crap on his victims. His first being officer Thompson...
After 5 years Shitman shows his face in town yet again and its up to the Hangloid PD to stop him.
