I get to the park and see Chichi. An instant smile appears on my face. I set up my pace to get to her faster. Chichi looks up from her phone and her face lights up. Her blonde long hair blows in the wind as she walks over to me. She looks like a snowflake in the middle of summer. A white top, white skirt with inbuilt shorts, and white sneakers. The brand new ones she got yesterday. She pushes her hair out of her face. We get closer, and once we get close enough, we hug each other. 

“Long time no see Chichi” I say behind her shoulder. 

“Long time no see Pipa” She says in her cute korean accent. Pipa is my nickname from my actual name Prija Sindudeja. I’m from Thailand. 

We pull away from each other. 

“So which store did you want to go to?” I ask as we walk towards the mall. One of the biggest malls in my city. 

“I don’t know what the name is but I know where it is.” She says with a smile. “So just follow me!” She says cheerfully as she takes my hand. Her Korean accent staying. 

“Okay, take the lead then.” 

We go closer into the mall, and I look at the different stores as we walk by. Ohh. Hot topic. I’mma go there later. She takes me to a pink store. “K-star”. Cool name. I look inside and see a bunch of k-pop merchandise. Didn’t know this store existed until now. Maybe it’s new. Probably. A song was playing from the ceiling of the store. “Christmas love” by Straykids. It’s a good song. 

“One of a kind, yeah, you make me feel alive. You're the light of the night, I just love it when you shine. Stars in the sky, yeah, they glisten in your eyes. Feeling red 'cause I'm shy, you're my angel in white~” The song says. I hum to the song while I walk with Chichi. I see a section with Stray kids things and I light up. 

“Can I look over there for a second?” I ask Chichi, as I point towards the section. 

“Sure, you go." She says letting go of my hand. “I’ll go over there.” She points over at the BTS section. I nod and walk over to the section. There's a lot of stuff.

I see all the albums in front of me and look through them. The newest ATE album and the MAXIDENT album. My favs. I look at the price. Huh? There's no price tag? I look at the shelf but still nothing. Eh, I’ll find out. I pick up the albums and go over to the keychain section.

They’re so cute! I’m getting them. The SKZOO’s with the little disc. Aww. I smile and pick them up along with a matching set of keychains from the WANT SO BAD, Leeknow and Han album. Me and Chichi can match! The song changes to Dynamite by BTS. I think I have what I want. I go over to Chichi and it looks like we have brought about the same. We both smile and giggle. 

“Two minds think alike huh?” I say as we walk towards the cashier. 

Chichi lays her stuff on the table in front of the cashier and she pays. I lay my stuff there and I hope I have enough money. They scan it and I see the total. $6,590. I think I just barely have enough money. Chichi already left so she can’t help. 

“I don’t think i have enough money..” 

“Oh well that’s okay. How much do you think you can pay?”

“I think I can pay $3,000.” 

“Okay then we can take out an album to make that total.” 

“Okay-”

“I’ll pay,” someone behind me says, cutting me off. Huh? Who's that?
