We barely reached the plaza before Runoy started his speech *TAP* *TAP* "Hello! Hello!", he grabed the attention of all while tapping a small gem that was pinned to his collar , we quickly went and grabed a pair of seats right next to the beautiful ocean , the morning breeze of the sea was soothing enough to make my bones feel light . Even though we were at the far end of the plaza from where the stage was we were able to hear Runoys' voice as loud as if he was speaking right next to us and with his tone he wasn't screaming but speaking calmly "As we know of now there have been many rumors and actions between the Kingdom of Diamonds and the Kingdom of Frost regarding the war , though we have done many meetings and gatherings between the governors and even the Ruler of Frost we have not yet come upon a mutual understanding-" even though he was supposed to only be 17 of age he was keeping his composure as if he was a veteran at stuffs like this "-We have made Elves our people and friends since long ago and I do not wish to ruin our relationship for some measly conflict . Though I haven't been the Ruler for long I trust that it's not my selfish desire to rather side with the Elves than the mysterious Ruler of Frost-" suddenly the people around us started to whisper "Well Elves are better than the rumoured Ruler of Frost" "I heard that he is a lunatic" for some reason the Ruler of the Kingdom of Frost had only bad rumors about him "I even heard that he killed his own wife after she gave birth to a daughter" that immediately caught attention of us and even dad got agitated "What does that mean", Vanessa said scared "Hey-" as I was about to go over or rather was forced to them Runoy suddenly took attention again "-Though that man is shrouded in rumors and mystery I do not think of him as an enemy nor a man out for blood but rather a man full of stubborness and maybe a little craziness , I cannot speak on the behalf of the Elves but I do believe that he has some grudge against the Elves and in order to sabotage the Elves he wants to cut our ties with them but I will not be promoting that as Elves are not only reliable but also loyal friends and with that conclusion I hearby declare that we might be having a war if the Frost Kingdom will not change their decisions , I humbly request my beautiful sis- I mean the beautiful second Ruler to have their say" . The moment he mentioned having the war his face suddenly became cold and ruthless even his eyes and tone screamed 'You have the freedom to choose only what I choose' that sent shivers down my spine and I'm sure that I'm not the only one that felt it , it was clear that he didn't want any objections nor any retaliation .

All the people and even the elves began to whisper around if he really was a kid or someone in disguise as Runey still wasn't up at the stage the whispering began to turn into chating but Runoy with the help of his cane grabed all their attention again *THUNG* *THUNG* then Runey finally came onto the stage "U- Umm... Go- Good Morning everybody a-and for my speech I-I agree to everything what my brother says thank you" then she just immediately rushed off the stage .

Not even once did she look up to the crowd that had gathered to hear a proper announcement from both of them , everybody was just left speechless , I thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me but it wasn't her face was as red as a tomato just to say those simple words and as there was only the sound of the sea waves Runoy quickly glared at all of us which left us no choice but clap at her speech if it can be called one . *COUGH* *COUGH* "Thank you my beautiful sis- I mean the beautiful Ruler of the Kingdom of Diamonds for your beautiful speech and now-" he definitely can't get his act together if it's his sister "-I welcome the representative speaker of the Great Elven Kingdom to have their say-" as the elf came onto the stage suddenly all the elves stood up bowing I wondered why they were bowing but "-I welcome you the 12th princess of the Great Elven Kingdom-" after hearing that even we had to stand up and give a bow "-Vieira Spoondrift" after a moment of pause we heard "You all can sit down now" I thought that I heard that voice before but when I saw the princess my mind immediately said 'it's that thief' but I held back my thoughts . I mean a princess wouldn't steal something from a wierd shop and glasses of all things "I am honored to be given such a chance of having an opinion to say in this matter-" my mind shifted to her , it would be downgrading her to say that she was only beautiful , with azure blue eyes rivaling that of Runoy and hair soft blonde as light as the outskirts of the suns' outline , her tight dress of white and blue definitely making her stand out even among all the nobles attending the announcement and her pleasant and warm expression that outshone Runoys' by miles looked as if even the sunflowers wouldn't give a second thought to turn to her for the bright gleam forsaking the suns . 

"-I thank the Rulers of the Diamonds Kingdom from the deepest part of my heart to have not forsaking our generation long relationship , even though I may be two years older than Mr. Diamonds I am very impressed by his way of conduct-" Runoy bowed down out of honor which was impressive but- "-I think I've fallen in love" What was the princess saying , that phrase from the princess definitely made a rukus and everyone started questioning it and that if they heard it right but after seeing Runoy sweat it was definitely what we heard "Hey! What do you mean by that!?", Runey suddenly shouted coming onto the stage "Oh my , I must've let my thoughts slip" she said giving a slight chuckle "Slip!?", everybody gasped *THUNG* *THUNG* Runoy again caught everyones' attention "Let the princess' speech continue without disturbance please" "But Brother!" "Dear beautiful sis- I mean dear beautiful Ruler of the Kingdom of Diamonds please let the princess continue , you may stand next to me if you wish for the rest of the speech , don't forget you're in front of an audience" suddenly Runey stared at the crowd , turned as red as a tomato and just rushed off the stage .

"I'm sorry to have caused such a commotion but let's get back into topic-", she's not denying I guess but that definitely rose another bunch of rumors that said he was siding with the elves for the princess' sake .

"-The assistance of the Diamonds Kingdom to the Great Elven Kingdom has been great throughout the generations , with the help of their abundant source of rare mana stones and their assistance of the annihilation of the rampaging goblins 20 years ago and even till this day with the assistance of helping our fellow elves to live a life outside of the Great Elven Kingdom it has been a true pleasure to be working with them , though the current Rulers weren't the ones who decided to assist the annihilation project 20 years ago even I wasn't born then yet I know from the depths of my heart that the Kingdom of Diamonds are filled with people who only take action for the brighter side of their people and for them to be taking our side once again against the Dwarfs and the Kingdom of Frost it truly shows that they consider the elves as same as their own people-" there were also the rumor about the Frost Kingdom being discriminatory towards the Elves . After some more topics that the princess Vieira Spoondrift listed out she ended her speech rather successfully even though her upbringing was questionable she definitely deserved the most heartfelt applauses compared to a dry response or a forced applause .

*THUNG* *THUNG* "Thank you respected and beloved 12th princess of the Great Elven Kingdom Vieira Spoondrift-" suddenly the princess' voice became heard "You could atleast call me beautiful as you do with your sister", she seemed like she was pouting and not knowing about her voice getting heard by everybody as they gave chuckles to the princess' comment about Runoys' favor for his sis- I mean the beautiful Ruler of the Kingdom of Diamond .

Runey seemed to be making a rukus again but this time below the stage "If you're jealous you can say it to my face!"

*THUNG* *THUNG* *COUGH* "As I was saying-" suddenly a lazer made up of water suddenly came flying towards the plaza *Sigh* "Can't I finish my departing speech!?", Runoy blocked the water lazer mid-way and he was even floating which made everyone gasp "Is it an attack from the dwarfs!?" but a familiar voice came thundering from deep below the ocean "Dwarfs!? You must be kidding me" suddenly a figure came out flying from the ocean and it was Adolph "Who are you and why are you interrupting our program", Runoy asked with a long sigh "And why should I answer you", Adolph grinned "Now!" suddenly sea serpents came out of the water and were towering the whole plaza , everybody ran while Runoy just sighed and started to float even higher "High ground's not gonna give you an advantage" Adolph scoffed but Runoy just ignored him and started to lift his cane high , the sea serpents also started to charge up for a water cannon . The sea serpents finished first and shoot multiple water cannons all around and everybody screamed but Runoy with a sweep of his arm got rid of all the sea serpents and not a single thing in the plaza had been destroyed "Runoy!" "Brother!", the princess and Runey screamed as another pair of sea serpents came out and this time shot Runoy straight but upon the smoke clearing Runoy was unscathed which surprised us all "He's alright!?" then he pointed his cane at Adolph and immediately shot a magic beam which decimated all the sea serpents but Adolph managed to dodge the beam attack barely "Woah! You're one he-" suddenly Runoy grabbed the mouth of Adolph not letting him talk "Well I guess it is your time to go to jail" Adolph was struggling to get out of his grasp but he couldn't "I- Is he that strong that even Adolph can't get out of his grasp", dad said but Adolph suddenly bit Runoys' hand but when he tired to Runoys' arm suddenly became that of a doll , but still the same outfit and mobility but instead of flesh just a dolls' hand , "Wait! What is that!?", dad asked in shock "Is he okay?", Vanessa was worried about Runoy "I think that he's better actually", I replied even the princess looked shocked with his sudden change "Are you that desperate?", Runoy asked with a look of disappointment but still intimidating , I'm sure that Adolph was in trouble but he suddenly turned into a paper doll from before "What's that paper doll doing? Didn't those stopped working?", Vanessa asked "Maybe it started working again?", I replied while dad just stared at the doll , Runoy immediately let the doll go and came down "Brother are you okay!?", Runey looked very worried "Of course I am", Runoy gave her a comforting smile "U- Umm , Runo- Sorry let me introduce myself again-", both Runey and Runoy turned their gaze at her while Runoys' face expression was calm Runeys' was straight-out irritated , Vieira did a royal bow "-I , Vieira Spoondrift , the 12th princess of the Great Elven Kingdom am gratefull for what Mr. Diamonds did and will do for the sake of us Elves", apparently they weren't able to greet each other because of Runoys' late entrance "It's my pleas-", as Runoy was also about to bow Runey suddenly stopped him by hugging him "You won't take my brother away" Vieira lifted her head and giggled "Haha , I might be the one that might be taken by him" "Huh!? What was that!?", Runey started pointing finger at her but Vieira just laughed it off "Haha , nothing~" .

"Should we be watching them like this?", I asked 

"It's okay , they're the rulers after all", dad replied

"Is the princess also a ruler?", Vanessa asked

"She might be very soon", dad chuckled .

After that incident everybody settled down and Runoy concluded the program "-And with that I thank you all for attending this announcement , I hope that there is no issue within the direct message"

Inside a deep dark cave probably hundereds of feets underwater *PANT* *PANT* "H- Hat bat ha bok ma ja", Adolph seems to be fixing his broken jaw .
