Huh? I look behind me and see a well dressed woman, with long, black, luscious hair, reaching down to her chest. She was wearing a black, short dress, with a tiny slit on her thigh, and a black jacket on top of that. Damn, she looks good. She goes in front of me and pays with her credit card.
“Here you go, princess” she hands me the albums and keychains. There’s a note on top of them, with her number on top of it.
Before I can get a chance to say thank you she’s gone. Who was that? I mean she looked kind of familiar but.. I can't recall. Damn she was a sight. I stay there in shock until I hear Chichi call my name.
“Prija!” she comes half running towards me with a bag in hand. “Are you okay?” she says as she looks at me with a mixture of worry and curiosity.
“Yeah,” I say, still a little shocked and curious about where I remember them from. “Just a little overwhelmed by this,” Chimin pulls away and looks at me.
“What’s that?” She points her finger at the note with her number on it. I got her number. I got her number. I feel the warmth on my cheek. “You’re blushing~” Chinmin says teasingly.
“No, I'm not,” I look away, a small pout forming on my face. “Shut up.”
“You totally are~” She teases.
“Let’s go home, now” I say, trying to change the subject.
“Okay,” She starts walking away, signing me to follow. “But I'm never letting go of this~” I roll my eyes, but a smile stays on my lips.
We walk out of the mall and I look at the park close by. It’s my comfort place. Peaceful, birds singing in the background, under a sky with no clouds. It’s beautiful.
“Wanna get some boba?” Chimin asks. There’s an antique boba shop nearby, with cherry red walls, decorated with vines, giving it a nature look. ‘Cherry Pop’ stands over the glass door.
“Sure,” I say. I smile and Chimin smiles back. We walk towards the shop, when I remembered something.
“Isn’t this the one we went to a while ago?” I ask, remembering almost everything.
“Yeah, it is,” She looks at me. “Why?”
“I remember it now.” I say. “Th-the girl that paid for me –i knew i’ve seen her before. She was the one that handed us our drinks! No wonder she looked familiar.” Chimin looks at me. She looks confused.
“Have you been thinking about her since she paid for you?” she asks.
“Yeah, I guess so.” I say. “She just looked so familiar.”
I knew, I knew her from somewhere. Guess this is the place then.
