Chapter- 6:

A crush?

A few periods have passed, it's now lunch! Everyone's favorite period. I talk with my friends as I laugh. Reilivon keeps on getting swarmed by people so he sadly can't hang out with us. Not that I care tho-!

Me and my friends head into the cafeteria and look at what's on the menu today.

Wen ChenLi gags as he sees slop as today's lunch.

"Ugh... slop? Thank god I brought my own lunch today."

I chuckle and nudge his shoulder as I look at him.

"Share it with us too, man! We can't eat slop without puking I swear!" I say, jokingly.

Wen ChenLi and Wei Liu laugh at the same time. Wei Liu nods along with me and smirks.

"For real, dude! We need some normal food for once. You gotta share some with us! Alright?"

Wen ChenLi chuckles as he looks at me and Wei Liu.

"Alright, alright! I'll share some of my food if you guys buy me some cherry tea later."

Me and Wei Liu pout as we both say in sync.

"Didn't one say sharing is caring?"

Wen ChenLi smirks as he says.

"Well, I want some profit if I'm going to share with you guys."

I roll my eyes and smirk as I look back at him and say.

"All you look for in a deal is profit, huh?"

Wen ChenLi shrugs his shoulders and smiles.

"What can I say? Money makes the man, y' know?

I nod as I chuckle and sit down at my seat.

"Yeah, yeah. I know. You've mentioned it more than I can count on all fours."

Wei Liu nods agreeing with me as he chuckles and says.

"Nah, but that's so true! You're like a mom who mentions to wash our hands before eating every single time!"

Wen ChenLi rolls his eyes and glares back at Wei Liu.

"Well, I'm sorry for actually trying to teach you something here."

Reilivon finally makes his way out of the crowd of omega women surrounding him and pants as he looks at me.

"Xinn!!! Pleaseseeeee Comfortttt meeeee...!!"

He extends his arms towards me and I place my hand on his face and look up at him.

"Stay away from me you, bastard."

He pouts as he looks down at me and I glare up at him.

"You're so rude~" He smirks, teasingly.

I roll my eyes as I notice... my crush, Xu Shixio. She is an omega. I blush as I see her approaching. Reilivon notices my blush and raises an eyebrow as he looks to the direction of where I'm looking. Shixio smiles as she blushes.

"You're, Reilivon Recardoz... am I right?"

Reilivon nods as he looks down at ShiXio and tilts his head.

"And who might you be?"

Shixio blushes as she looks down and then back up again.

"My name is Xu Shixio. I'm this schools top. 1 student. Nice to meet you."

My crush... talking to him-?! No... no way... I feel frozen in my spot as I watch her and that bastard interact. Reilivon nods, not showing much interest. He looks down and sees my shocked reaction and blinks a few times as he smirks and looks down at, Shixio. Teasing her.

"Oh, your the famous Xu Shixio, huh? I've heard a lot about you. You're more beautiful than I had anticipated."

Xu Shixio blushes at what Reilivon said as she feels more and more flustered...

"Th-thank you..." she stutters.

I glare up at him, very annoyed that he's doing this. Wen ChenLi flinches and Wei Liu also feels annoyed.

Reilivon chuckles looking at my reaction and pats Xu Shixio's shoulder.

"You're quite cute as well. It's totally my type."

Shixio smiles, flustered.

"Oh... please don't flatter me."

I immediately stand up and grab his wrist tight, and Xu Shixio gasps along with Wen ChenLi. The cafeteria looks at me and Reilivon.

"What the hell are you trying to do you, bastard."

Reilivon smirks as he shrugs his shoulders and looks down at me.

"Just landing in a cute omega girl. Is that so wrong?"

I glare up at him. Very annoyed that I unintentionally release alarm pheromones.

(Alarm pheromones are an alpha trait to warn or threaten other alphas when they touch their mate or when they're in a rut.

"Get the fuck away from her."

Reilivon freezes by feeling the intensity of my alarm pheromones and grits his teeth before backing away.

"Chill."

Shixio is baffled as she glares up at me

"Why the hell would you do that to my crush-?!"

I freeze on spot right then and there. The word 'crush' echoes through my mind.

"A... crush...?"
