DEVs are handheld weapons usually no bigger than handguns that can destroy anything in their path. The origin of these weapons is shrouded in mystery, as is the pure energy source used to create them. KILLUMINATI! follows different residents of Red-Light City, as they navigate through this dystopian world and fight for a better future.
