In my opinion there are two types of exhaustions, and one of them is much easier to deal with.

First is the one that comes from pushing yourself and doing the things you absolutely must do. You push through, in order to just live. Things like that for me are grocery shopping, doctor's visits (that I have unfortunately many), getting prescriptions - and once upon a time it was also going to work, and going to school.

(Sidenote: Please wear a mask outside and encourage your loved ones to reduce the spread by wearing a good respirator (N95/FFP2 or better). Anyone can get Long Covid, even babies, even healthy people. Vaccines are good for most, and reduse the severity of illness but do not stop the spread especially since people don't vaccinate enough and don't/can't stay home when sick. Long Covid can hurt every single system in your body, and each infection destroys your immune system bit by bit. It has been linked to infertility, clotting disorders, heart issues, lung issues, hair loss, impotence, blinkess, deafness, chronic inflammation, ME/CFS, and so much more. You do not want to have LC on top of IH, like I and many do. You deserve to be healthy. Your family deserves to be healthy. Fight for your rights for clean air, and communal health.)

Second exhaustion comes from doing something you love. It is still tiring. You will still experience all of the things from brainfog, to sleep pressure increasing by the hour...but you get the sense of accomplishment, and joy from doing that you love.

For me I get so much happiness from making art. Including this comic.

So huge thank you for all new followers, I hope you stick around. <3
