A hybrid that goes beyond their capabilities and burns through their Chorus without any MP will destabilize physically and mentally. People that continue to use their ability in this state are difficult to watch as they quickly ruin their lives in what is a downward spiral.

There are special cases in which a hybrid turns primal, unraveling their bodies to temporarily turn into whatever creature they're associated with. These ones are dangerous, but luckily enough, we have NATSEC to turn to when things get rowdy.
