In the predawn, we see PrismrosePetal asleep before waking up and stretching as she headed out of the den. She then saw CloverMoss with a small mouse in her jaw, “what are you doing so early in the morning? You should still be asleep.”. PrismrosePetal added, as PebbleStone headed out as well, “alright I’m ready to-”. PebbleStone then saw CloverMoss. 

“I thought you would need a small meal on the road.”. CloverMoss added, while smiling slightly. 

“I-” PrismrosePetal got interrupted by PebbleStone, “We don’t need the meal, plus it might interfere with our connection with StarClan.”. 

CloverMoss looked at PebbleStone, before looking upset at him. “I wasn’t talking to you.”. CloverMoss mumbled. 

“Thank you for being so thoughtful CloverMoss, but we will eat when we come back from the Moonpool, and we are also in a hurry.”. 

“Alright.”. CloverMoss nodded, as she headed back. 

PrismrosePetal and PebbleStone headed out as it was quiet for a bit, PebbleStone looked over at PrismrosePetal. “Hey PrismrosePetal?”. 

“Yeah?”. PrismrosePetal looked over at him. 

“Should we have brought VioletPaw too?”. 

“It’s up to you, since you're her mentor.”. 

“Hmm….. I wanted to bring her again like last moon ago…”. 

“But….?”. 

PebbleStone sighed, “She is still very young, I don’t want to risk it. If we were to run into some sort of attack on the way back…..”. 

“PebbleStone… that’s… so cute.”. PrismrosePetal smiled at PebbleStone, “Please don’t… I rather have not been called cute…”. 

“But you are, look at you.”. PrismrosePetal teased a bit, saying in a baby-like tone. 

PebbleStone paused a bit before speaking, “I won’t tell you were I hid your trash.”. 

PrismrosePetal paused a bit, “It’s not trash, also wait…. Where did you even find it?”. 

“Your not that good at hiding things, you know? I saw that shiny marble or whatever it was, peaking right under your beding.”. 

“Errmm… but where else was I supposed to put it?”. PrismrosePetal pouted. 

“I don’t know, but you could have at least put something on top of it. Also you do know you're not a kit anymore right? Jeez… this reminds me of the moons back when AmberStorm would scold you  every time for going near the humans.”. PebbleStone laughed a bit of the thought. 

“I know… but I can’t help it. It’s so interesting! They have these weird looking things. Plus that one you hid from me, was my favorite thing I have found.”. PrismrosePetal wined. 

“Well then next time do better.”. PebbleStone smiled, as he headed to the front leading the path. 

“Jeez! Your so mean!.”. PrismrosePetal would follow him, as they eventually arrived to the Moonpool. They then see OmbreMist, MaskDagger, HavenShore, GreenSnake, CurveStray, and DoveFlower. 

“Oh hey! OmbreMist, MaskDagger, HavenShore, GreenSnake, CurveStray, and DoveFlower.”. PrismrosePetal smiled as they all looked over at the two of them. 

“Sup.”. PebbleStone added. 

They all talked to each other for a bit, as PrismrosePetal noticed. “MaskDagger why are you here with OmbreMist? Aren’t you a deputy?”. 

“Well.. I wanted to make sure she doesn’t get lost is all.”. MaskDagger smiled as she held her head high. 

OmbreMist scuffed, “Yeah.. right. I have a perfect memory. You just wanted to tag along with me so you could avoid getting scolded by RoseStar for that stunt you pulled yesterday.”. 

“Ehh.. But who could really say that I just love hanging out with you OmbreMist.”. MaskDagger shrugged as she glanced away from OmbreMist. 

“It’s so great to you see you guys, if only ThornClan wasn’t with bad terms with you.”. GreenSnake added. “Because your so nice to hang out with, well we only get to see each other because of the Moonpool.”. 

“Now that I think of it, why come all of you guys are here? This feels weird.”. PebbleStone added. 

“Well.. it’s about the suspicion that there is something going on, and we want to know about it, and it looks like all of us are here for the same reason.”. CurveStray added. 

“Do you have any id- Actually GreenSnake, I want to ask ab-”. PebbleStone was about to asked but got interrupted. 

“I’m sorry but what your about to ask, I cannot answer that.”. GreenSnake replied. 

“I see…”. PebbleStone nodded. 

“Come, while it’s still dawn.”. DoveFlower added, as she sat near the Moonpool. 

The others would join in, circling it as they all share tongues with StarClan. Except for MaskDagger, she would sit next to OmbreMist, since she isn’t a medicine cat. 

Once PrismrosePetal opens her eyes she wakes up in StarClan. As she sees FlareBurst talking to SilverDawn. She smiles as she tears a bit before running to him. “Dad!”. 

FlareBurst turns his head as he then sees PrismrosePetal, he smiles and runs to his daughter. As they had their furs against each other. 

“How’s IvyClan doing?”. FlareBurst put his head against PrismrosePetal. “They’re doing alright right now. But…”. 

FlareBurst tilted his head. “But?...”. 

“Actually there might be a war between IvyClan and ThornClan…”. 

FlareBurst looks shocked as SilverStream looked at him before walking to PrismrosePetal. “A war? How many wars are going to happen? We already have so many, ThornClan should back off for a bit.”. SilverStream added. 

“Oh hey SilverStream.”. PrismrosePetal looked at him. 

“Hey.”. SilverStream waved. 

“What she is saying is true.”. PebbleStone walked over to them, as he made it. 

“We came here to see if any of you knew, or have any insights of the war or what ThornClan is up to.”. 

It became silent for a bit as FlareBurst and SilverStream looked at each other. Before looking back at PrismrosePetal and PebbleStone. 

“We don’t.. We haven’t received anything yet.”. FlareBurst added. 

“I see…”. PebbleStone looked down for a bit. 

“Now that aside…”. Everyone looked over at PrismrosePetal. 

“Have you guys seen AmberStorm? Or maybe… MothFeather?.. My mom?”. 

FlareBurst lookd at PebbleStone, as PebbleStone nodded at him, before FlareBurst looked at PrismrosePetal. “We haven’t.. seen… them.”. 

“Huh?... What was that?”. PrismrosePetal looked at PebbleStone and FlareBurst. 

PebbleStone sighed, “Your dad and I both agree that maybe she might hav-”. 

PrismrosePetal’s eyes slowly widen, before she looked upset, as she closed her eyes. “Don’t say it!.”. 

“I… don’t want to hear it.”. PrismrosePetal gets close to the ground as she started sniffling a bit. 

FlareBurst came over to her. “Hey.. Hun… it’s going to be alright.”. 

“But you're her mate! Why do you think that she is…?”. PrismrosePetal looked over at FlareBurst. 

FlareBurst sighed as he looked at PrismrosePetal, “Look… I’m not trying to say that she is… But if she isn’t in StarClan… it’s safe to assume that she is in the DarkForest. Whether you can be stuck in denial or accept the truth and moved on.”. 

“But.. I can’t move on, I’m not strong enough to… do anything.. I can’t even become a warrior or eve-”. 

“PrismrosePetal, look at me.”. FlareBurst spoken clearly. 

PrismrosePetal looks up at him. 

“You are strong. What your mother said to you that day, she was probably only saying that because she wanted you to become stronger.”. 

PrismrosePetal stayed quiet for a bit. 

“You could’ve been a great warrior.”. FlareBurst spoke for a bit, as PrismrosePetal flinched before slowly looking back at him. She would grit her teeth. “if you didn’t let words like tha-”. 

“That’s not why I quit.”. PrismrosePetal responded. 

“Then why did yo-”. 

“I rather we don’t talk about this…”. PrismrosePetal turned her head away from him. 

“PrismrosePetal….”. 

PebbleStone looked over at SilverStream. “I’ll go get him out of here, it was great seeing you guys again.”. 

“You too.”. SilverStream added. 

“FlareBurst, me and PrismrosePetal need to head back now.”. 

“Right…”. PrismrosePetal stands up, as she kept her head down. “Bye SilverStream, bye dad.”.
