(The episode opens as "The Behemoth" train bursts out of the dark tunnel into the vast, glowing cavern of Oran. The five heroes are pressed against the window, staring.)
BILAL: (His voice full of awe) "It's… it's real… The light is real!"
MERENJI: (Places a hand on the glass, feeling the faint warmth) "I can… I can feel the warmth. Is this what the sun feels like?"
MADDAH: (Adjusting his glasses, analyzing the sight with amazement) "It's not a sun. It's cold light, full spectrum. A technology beyond anything in Tiaret. Look at the size of it…"
(The five of them stand in silence for a moment, impressed by the majestic and terrifying sight.)
[SCENE 2]
(LOCATION: The platform of Oran's Lower Station.)
(The heroes disembark onto the clean, orderly platform. They look up at the artificial sun, which hangs like a giant moon in a sky made of steel.)
TAHER: (Whispers with reverence) "It's like we came out of a grave… into a living world."
BILAL: (Excitedly) "So, where is 'The Crucible'? Is it up there?"
(Bilal points to the massive metal structures that rise into the distance, disappearing into the haze that separates their layer from the light above.)
MADDAH: "The legends say it's not up and not down, but 'in between'."
BILAL: (Confused) "In between? What does that mean?"
(Bilal asks a nearby worker, who points coldly upwards.)
WORKER: "You see that dark gap?" (He points to a vast, empty space between the bright lights above and the structures of the Lower Layer.) "That's two kilometers of nothing but pipes and steel. 'The Crucible' is built in the middle of it, suspended between the sky and the Bottom. They say if you succeed, you ascend. If you fail… you fall."
[SCENE 3]
(The team, now knowing their destination, heads towards the massive registration center the worker pointed out. As they walk, they pass under a giant, dilapidated industrial disposal chute coming down from the side of the towering "Crucible" structure.)
(Suddenly, a sharp siren blares from above. They look up in fear. A large hatch on the side of the chute opens.)
(Without ceremony, the bodies of several failed candidates—youths their own age—are dumped out. The bodies fall from a great height and crash onto a massive pile of scrap metal below. The scene is fast, cold, and inhuman. As if they are nothing more than trash being disposed of.)
(The five heroes freeze in place. The hope and wonder on their faces from moments ago turn to absolute horror and shock. Bilal begins to tremble uncontrollably.)
[SCENE 4]
(The team is huddled in a nearby alley, in complete silence. Bilal is hugging his knees, silent tears streaming down his face.)
BILAL: (In a broken voice) "I… I can't. I can't go there."
(Taher looks at him with kindness.)
TAHER: "You don't have to, Bilal. You've done more than enough. Your place isn't in that hell."
BILAL: (Looks up, his eyes filled with fear and determination) "I'm going back to Tiaret. I'll wait for you. I promise… when you change the world, I'll be there to see you again."
(Bilal gives each of them a quick, childish hug. He hands his hand-drawn map to Maddah.)
BILAL: "You'll need this more than I will."
(He turns and runs back towards the train station, a small boy choosing to return to the darkness he knows over confronting a deadly, false light.)
[SCENE 5]
(FINAL SHOT: The four heroes are now alone. They look at each other, then towards the massive Registration Center.)
(They have seen the horrifying truth, but their resolve has only hardened.)
QASSEM: (Looks at the building coldly, repeating his earlier words but with a new meaning) "Don't be fooled. Hell can be colorful."
(The four of them walk forward together towards the entrance, their small silhouettes framed against the massive, brutalist architecture of the building, about to step into their next trial.)
In a world fractured by secrets, four cities each conceal a darker truth than the last. Four youths cross paths, each harboring an ability that defies reality itself. Ancient powers stir, social layers clash, and destinies intertwine, threatening everything they know. Amid shadows and uncertainty, a journey begins—one that could reshape time itself… but at what cost?
