"Don't come... Any CLOSER!!"

He looked wary, right within his eyes.

'Who would've thought... I would end up into their territory... And get caught by a little girl!'

"That was a tough greeting of you."

Myra attempted to approach a little closer.

Which made the boy panicked and tried to search for something to throw around him.

"I told you not to come closer!!"

"But you do need help, don't you?"

He quickly looked at the girl as he grits his teeth.

"I don't need it!"

"Just admit it and Shut up!"

The boy was startled with the sudden outburst of Myra and became silent. Myra tore off a part of her cloth and used a medicine from her pocket and poured it directly on his wound.

"Arrrggh!! What the heck are you putting?!"

"I told you to shut up, didn't I?"

'That was too painful, you know?! 

What is this girl even thinking she's doing anyways?! She's from that Nelveran clan, right?'

The next step is, she bandaged the wounds as properly as she could.

'Looking at this random girl, doing as she pleases. But why? She's too suspicious...'

He looked at her with doubtful eyes and said, "Seems like you aren't that skilled in bandaging."

Myra sent a glaring look towards the boy and soon finished the bandaging very tightly.

"Ow!  Ow! Hey! You're too suspicious to me, and I may have been from a different clan... Did you even think about of what you're doing?"

Myra flinched from the question.

'She may haven't even thought through of it. What now? Is she going to hurt me? Or report me?'

"Go."

"Huh?"
"I don't care who you are, and I don't think I need to answer your question. Go away before anyone notices you."

The boy wore a strange puzzled expression.

'Huh?'

The war is already over. And even though such people would exist, what master Feia said has remained doubtful to me, if the other clan did really get involved with what happened last night, they wouldn't have just burned a part of a village but try to march a battle again, and how can such clans make a reckless action of trying to reduce both sides of what already is reduced? Especially inside the borders of the Nelveran clan, where it is pretty strict in restricting outsiders from getting in. 

And I heard such clans already moved away from here, and even if they were to get in, some of the villagers would've immediately noticed it, and they have their special abilities to do so.

Myra walked away through the direction on the way back without looking behind her. 

I should go, before anyone gets suspicious.

"Hey, before you go."

Myra paused.

"Although I do not know what the reason is, the name's Marshall, whoever you are, I promise to repay you someday."

"My name is Myra, Be careful, and you don't need to repay me. Just keep our meeting a secret, that's all I ask."

I may be helping an enemy, but it's not like I saved him because he's a pity or something. Anyone can do that.

After getting back to the village, It was already about to get dark and some of the village crowded within the streets talking about something. As she approaches closer to see what was going on, she got noticed by a villager, and approached near her and suddenly slaps her.

"YOU! WE KNOW IT WAS YOU!!"

Myra was left stunned with what is happening.

"W-What did I do?!"

"Don't act innocent! You helped an enemy!!"

"IT MUST'VE BEEN YOU!!"

"What?!"

How could they learned about that so quickly?!

"I saw you! You helped an enemy clan who must've brought all this to us!"

"I also saw it! YOU HELPED AN ENEMY!!"

"Yeah! It must be that clan's doung!!"

"No! You're not-"

"ENOUGH! SILENT! ALL OF YOU!!"

An intimdating man appeared within the scene with a cold expression, the man is the village chief of the Nearvelan Village, Luke Neveelren.

With Luke's tall height and intimidating presence, his voice was as cold as the night as he said looking down to the shocked Myra. "I have heard of what happened. Is it true? Myra? YOU helped an ENEMY?"

Myra looked at Luke with a feared gaze, who is looking at her with cold eyes.

What should I say... ? This is all too sudden... 

"Tell us the truth, Myra."

The voice was familiar and Myra quickly noticed the person who spoke, which turned out to be Feia who also appeared to look puzzled and is waiting for her answer as if expecting something from her.

The villagers looked pretty mad and made their disgusts looks on Myra, pressuring her to say something who's also looking hesitant.

What is... Going on?  No words seem to come out of my mouth...

In the end, Myra couldn't say anything and made the villagers enraged even further.

"SAY SOMETHINIG TRAITOR!!"

"JUST ADMIT IT!"

"STOP IT!!"

As the villagers couldn't hold their anger, he rushed and grabbed her collar as the village chief tried to stop the villager and shields Myra, "Is this how you're really going to act in front of a 13-year-old girl?!"

"STOP! DON'T YOU SEE YOUR CHILDREN RIGHT BESIDE YOU?!!"

The villagers shrugged their shoulder and spits to the ground.

Carl started to become mad and looked like he's about to attack the villager, but Feia pulls his shirt and stopped him with a troubled expression she has on her face.

"Stop..."

"... Feia?"

"I SAID ENOOUGH!!"

Luke shot a light through the sky and banged his foot to the ground so hard, making the villagers froze to hold their ground.

I'm so scared... I can't say anything... If... I were to ever tell it... That boy might die...

As Luke, the village chief is also know for his high skills as per holding his abilities and far exceed everyone at this village, except for 1 person... And that's... Feia.

After that chaos that was uphold by the village chief and telling the villagers that, "The girl is still 13 to make reckless decisions, but this action won't be tolerated and will be left a decision by me on the meantime.", Nonetheless, they know even on the back of their minds, they have their own opinion of the matter after what they experienced last night to let it go, but with Luke's glare and cold gesture they were barely persuaded and able to turn back and wait for Luke's decision. But can their temper, really be hold back?

Later on, Carl and Feia were left speechless of the mayhem that just happened and Luke stepped forward on Myra saying, "Not saying a word is just the worst. And I hate it the MOST, especially with something this serious. Now tell me, did they said the truth?"

With the cold tone of Luke's words, Myra became even more afraid of what may happen and nodded her head. Luke raised his hand and slapped Myra.

"Chief!"

"!"

"YOU TWO. You know this better than me, that garbage clan caused us a destruction that WON'T CHANGE."

"!"

"And I'll remind you... They did killed our people and even those who were close to US."

He turned her head towards Myra and said, "From now on, you're forbidden in setting foot on this village, get out of my sight before I get the very urge of kicking you out MYSELF."

Why? Was what I really did, that wrong?!! I just helped a fellow human! But... But... Really.... 

Luke turned his back on them and left by their sight.

Feia looked at Myra who's still shocked.

Myra tried looking at Feia who is facing down on her, but she paused before she makes her eye contact and Feia continued, "You better leave now."

Huh? Master??

I couldn't process anything she's saying... What is she saying?!

Years right at the time the war was stopped. Feia was still a little girl at the time, and the old village different from the Nearvelan village was destroyed by a group of Aizlenrenval clan, leaving Feia, who's the only survivor and left a very deep wound and hatred of that chaos. She remembers it, so vividly that makes her driven mad at the moment she faces them.

But...

As the night had fallen Feia grits her teeth as she holds her head covering her eyes with her hand, clenching her fist.

I know I'm mad... But I'm very confused... I don't know what to think... But before everything gets into my head as clear as it is... I think... I should do this... Before I do something I'll regret...

She grabbed Myra's hand roughly leading her to their house.

"!... Master..."

Before that....

Feia emptied a bag, replacing what's inside it as Myra were left confused of her mentor's behavior calling her name again and again.

This... This can't be happening...

"Master... Master.... Master!!"

Feia yelled, "BE QUIET!!"

Myra was stunned with an unheard tone of Feia different from her voice, whenever she would get scolded.

This is the first time I see my mentor acting like this... 

"Do you hate me now... ? Master..."

Feia finished packing the bag and paused as she heard Myra mumble in a low voice. But continued and pushed Myra through the backdoor of their place.

"Go now."

"Master?!"

What should I do... ? Master hates me...

What should I do, What should I do... ?!?!

"I'm sorry..." Myra let out such words as she faces her.

Feia bit her lip and kneeled to Myra facing her paled face.

"This.. Will be the last lesson I'll be giving you as your master..."

"?! The last lesson... ?!"

"Listen.... People can be covered in the dark and light, many carries their own burden reaching a place where they'll be. And adults do guide children by their experiences and what they've learned, but not every adult is like that... Lastly, don't trust anyone too sudden even if they were to give you something nice. But if you were to find someone who's truly geniune, you can trust that person."

"Master... !"

"From this day forward... You are now not my student...Go! Escape this place quietly before they come and check you. Don't let anyone from the clan catch you!"

Myra felt an urgency and sensed many people who's about to come to the house and ran through the woods.

"You are not safe here... Not here... Not in the cabin... ESPECIALLY FROM ME!!"

I ran and ran, I did had my hope and wished that even at some point as I ran fast, that my hearing ain't that so sensitive... But those words are just too painful... Master...

Myra headed through and through the woods with the bag Feia prepared for her, avoiding the other members and climbed within the tree secretly side by side, and as she arrived near the border of the territory.

Where Nelveran members are unexpectedly scattered everywhere. They may be sent here to guard the border after Feia's report of investigation after rescuing Myra.

With the messy thoughts filling up her mind, she still focused on a goal to escape and pass through the border.

But how will she be able to go with this tightened security?

I didn't expect it to be this many members of them, are they like... 20?!

After rescuing Myra, she was trained to survive by Feia. Although, her body is that of a child especially being a girl back then, her body seemed to be shaped a little before her training lessons began. And with her unexpectedly having a high senses of her surroundings, she was able to learn fast with it even with the harsh lessons to even use her abilities, as well. But she hid the fact of what she noticed of her senses, due to thinking it's not that pretty important.

Just when she was about to take the action, she heard a rustling sound for about  meters from her. Identifying that it is a moving figure, the other guards began to notice something strange on the forest by the right side.

That brat! They'll notice me soon if I don't move!!
