Elliot didn't understand why Skoll kept coming back. They had ended things before they even began. That's what he had wanted. Skoll started to pull away; they both could feel it and at the time Elliot was grateful for it. He had told Skoll the moment they met that things could never get serious. Elliot didn't do anything serious. He had done it before and it broke his heart. He wasn't going to allow that to happen to him again. So he kept things light. He decided if he was to date he woukd date openly and never labeled anything.
Skoll was fine with things being light and open. He too didn't want anything serious at the time he already had so much going on in his life he couldn't handle an adult relationship on top of it all. Becoming a man of the night took all of his time and focus to adjust. Trying to bring Elliot in on that would have only caused more tension and potentially serious consosincous for more than just the two of them. Skoll had to think about all the other men of the pack. They came first in his life. They were his brothers, even if some of them didn't see it that way. Tonka pointed out that Crash and him were more alike than either of them would ever begin to admit.
So, when he started to see just how much he cared for Elliot it scared him. It sent him running in the other direction so fast. And it wasn't just him. He could feel the same emotions and feelings coming from Elliot too. He was also falling and it wasn't the right time. It still wasn't the right time but Skoll found it harder and harder every day to stay away.
He knew that Elliot could be good for him. He was good for him but sometimes good things aren't what one actually needed. That's what he told himself time and time again trying to convince himself to stay away. However, there was this pull that he couldn't deny.
A pull and now curiosity was what got Elliot to be the one hunting Skoll down. He had waited a few days to right his mind for most of that evening; he was sure what he saw was just his imagination. But there was no way people smoked when being touched by metal. It didn't add up so he knew he didn't imagine it. Skoll had started smoking and he needed to know why.
"I know you're home." Yelled Elliot as he banged against Skoll's front door. "Your bike is parked outside and I see you moving inside."
He saw Skoll as he moved from the living room to the kitchen from the front window. Elliot knew the whole layout of his place. He had been here several times before.
Skoll ran his hands over his face, as Elliot continued to pound on his door.
"Skoll, open the door." Said Elliot with a tone that in the past would make Skoll want to comply. He liked when Elliot got all authoritative with him but he liked reling him up even more. Two sides of the same coin.
Skoll barely cracked the door open before Elliot shoved it and him back. He slammed the door behind him. "Why were you smoking the other night?" He blurted out. That wasn't how he planned to ask it.
When Skoll didn't say anything Elliot shoved him again. "You don't talk now?" He didn't know where all the anger was coming from. He was completely level headed when he rode over here. Elliot was usually a calm collected man. It was Skoll that brought this side out in him. So, much of him hated that Skoll could work him up like this.
"Will you calm down!" Skoll motioned with his hands for Elliot to take a breath. He hadn't seen him work up this bad before. His cock twitched at the thought.
"Don't tell me to calm down." Snapped Elliot, this time grabbing Skoll by the collar of his shirt, his fist wrapped in tight as he yanked him closer. The need for answers winning out.
Skoll was the one that leaned in, closing the space between them as his lips crashed against Elliot's. It was rough and hard. Elliot responded by biting him in the process but that only fueled Skoll's want for more. The tang of iron filled both their mouths as they kissed. Skoll slid his steps back, pulling Elliot along with him as they fumbled their way down the hall to his bedroom. Articles of clothing lay in dismay as they fought to get them off.
It was Elliot who shoved Skoll down on the bed, his hand wrapping around his throat now, holding pressure causing Skoll's head to feel light as their tongues danced for dominance. He eased up slightly, letting Skoll teeter on that thin line of here and not here. Eyes watching as Skoll's pupils blow out.
God he missed this. Skoll's head in a haze as he threw his weight over ganginig the upper hand, pinning Elliot beneath him with his weight as he quickly reached over him for the top draw in his night stand of the bottle of lube he kept in there. He didn't wait as he spread Elliot's legs giving himself room to work, his now slicked up fingers ran along his entrance, getting a soft groan from Elliot as he pushed past the first tight ring of muscle.
Both of them were more than a little fucked in the head. Elliot liked pain just as much as Skoll did, so there wasn't any surprise on Elliot's part when Skoll didn't wait before adding another finger. His back arched, giving Skoll a better angle to work from.
"Stop fucking with me." Elliot commented grabbing Skoll's hair pulling hard as he brought him in closer, "And fuck me already." He bit down on the side of Skoll's neck, marking him.
