Do you know what that circle behind the a frog's ear is? It's called a tympanum and it's how they hear! One way to tell the difference between male and female green frogs is that males have a tympanum larger than their eye, whereas in females it's usually about the same size. Male frogs also get yellow throats whereas females have more whitish throats.* Now, can you tell if this frog is male or female?
*A little disclaimer, these tricks really only work for mature frogs, as males don't develop these traits till adulthood. With juvenile frogs, sometimes the only way you can really tell a male is when they start calling! (which is pretty funny to listen to because the young ones really sound like teens whose voices haven't changed yet)
