Emily yelling from the waiting room of his office pulled Elliot's attention from the notes he was writing to what was going on just beyond the door.

"Sir, he's in a session right now. You can't go in there." Emily stated, "SIR." She raised her voice, "You can't . . . "
Skoll pushed past her, pregnant or not she wasn't going to stop him.

"Skoll!" Exclaimed Elliot as Skoll barged into his office.

"Get out!" Order Skoll to the man sitting in the chair across from Elliot.

His eyes wide, shifting between the two of them. It wasn't till Elliot stood up that he chose.

"I'm sorry Alan." Elliot pressed the front of his tie down, "We'll have to end this session early today."

Skoll snapped his fingers, telling the guy to chop chop, slamming the door shut behind him. His dark eyes fell on Elliot now. Fury in them like Elliot had never seen before.

"Skoll." Elliot's voice shook as he moved in on him.

"Go away." Barked Skoll, looking over his shoulder as the girl from the font opened the door. "I said GO AWAY." He yelled when she didn't listen the first time.

"It's okay Emily." Said Elliot waving her off.

"You sure?" She looked at Skoll, hand running along her belly.

"He said it's fine." Snapped Skoll.

She narrowed her eyes at him before she shut the door.

Skoll let out a long breath. He had been on the edge since he left the clubhouse an hour ago. He snatched Elliot's tie, twirling it around his fist, pulling so tight that he pulled Elliot up. Their size difference had never been an issue for them but Elliot was starting to see where that might matter.

"I told you no to go to the cops." Spat Skoll.

"I didn't."

Skoll rolled his eyes.

"I swear I haven't said anything to anyone."

"Then how come the cops just raided our home?"

It had been a good morning till the cops busted in their front door saying they had gotten a tip that illegal activities were going on at their location. A big enough tip that allowed them to get a warrant to toss the entire clubhouse. They came up with nothing of course. Tonka was a good paper keeper and kept the place up to code along with the liquor license for the bar. However, they pinched one of the guys because he had an open warrant in another city. So, they hauled him off in cuffs.

"It wasn't me."

Skoll pulled tighter, choking Elliot at this point.

"Skoll, I swear." He gasped, "I wouldn't break your trust like that."

Elliot saw just how much it took out of Skoll to tell him. He had also done some research on his own and quickly found out that even if he did go to the cops simply knowing of a wolf could put him behind bars for up to a few years depending on the judge he got. Elliot wasn't willing to risk his business or therapy license for that.

"I don't even know where this 'home' is." Added Elliot when Skoll didn't let up. "How could I tip them off?" If he had said anything the worst he could have done was give the cops Skoll's home address.

"Say it again." Demanded Skoll, yanking on Elliot.

"I didn't tell anyone, I swear."

Skoll tilted his head, listening to Elliot's heart as he spoke. It was racing from what he was assuming to be fear coursing through him. So, he took a long breath, his hand shaking as he let Elliot go.

Elliot collapsed back on to his desk catching his breath. Skoll's eyes were of that glowing hue again. Elliot releasing that was his wolf.

"Say it again."

Elliot loosened his tie, feeling like even now it was choking him. Skoll tilted his head again as he waited, listening.

"Skoll, I didn't tell anyone." Elliot spoke more smoothly.

"FUUUUCK!" Yelled Skoll. He was telling the truth.

"Skoll." Elliot went to touch him but Skoll brushed him off. "I'm sorry about what happened but it wasn't me."

Skoll snarled, before punching the glass door to the cabinet Elliot had by the office door. The glass shattered everywhere. It got both Elliot and Emily to jump. Skoll flexing his hand as a few pieces broke off and cut him.

Emily was standing by her desk with the office phone in her hand when Skoll walked out.

"Don't." Said Elliot, looking at Emily, "It's okay."

Skoll waited till she put the phone down before he finished storming off. He bumped the guy walking in on his way out. The two of them locked eyes, seeing one another. Skoll wasn't the only wolf in Elliot's life. A sliver of jealousy coursed through Skoll at the thought.

"Ben!" Exclaimed the women.

Emily and Ben may be characters from another story I've been working on and off of for a little while now.

*I've done my best to write this so if you haven't read that you won't really need too, but I highly recommend because Crash and Quinn are lovlies too.*

Come join these two on their own ups and downs. This story does run into the same timeline as STAY.

*Disclaimer like most of my stories this one also features some hard topics or sences that can be difficult for some to read. They will be flagged for mature.
