"The sun is setting, look" Teo pointed at the view, forgetting that he lied he was afraid of heights, he was so excited now.

Sebastian smiled to himself while Teo was looking outside "The view is amazing" He was staring at Teo as he chuckled. "Teo" Sebastian called him softly, Teo then turned to look at him, waiting for him to continue "Can I… kiss you?" 

Teo blinks multiple times, not believing what he just heard while Sebastian waited for an answer. Teo pondered for a bit but soon he inches closer, he cups Sebastian's face using his hands and pulls his face towards him. Their lips brushed against each other, warmth enveloped Sebastian’s body as he closed his eyes. It was electrifying. It felt like the world slowed down only for them. It was their moment. Theirs only.

Teo could hear Sebastian's chest throbbing from how close they were, he could only hope Sebastian didn't hear his heartbeats too. Sebastian held Teo's hand that rested between them and intertwined it once again as their kiss became even more passionate. His misty glasses started to get in the way so he quickly took it off.

They both start breathing erratically as their kiss gets aggressive. Teo's lips parted a little and Sebastian took that chance to insert his tongue slowly, surprising the other. Sebastian's face and ears are still red from earlier, the feeling was still there, it lingered. "I'm not sure… it doesn't sound that serious" To be honest, he wanted more. Teo looked at Sebastian as he focused on the road while driving. He caught a glimpse of his lips and he felt like screaming, he breathed in and out and thought, WE JUST KISSED!!! THAT'S CRAZY!!! AND WITH TONGUE!!

"You're both home! Great timing, everyone is here!" Anselma was so happy greeting them on the doorway. She senses a bit of a weird vibe going on with them but she was far too preoccupied by the thoughts of the news she was going to give.

Meanwhile Sebastian’s mind was so full of sunshine and rainbows that he didn’t even hear what his mother said. I’m so happy today. I kissed Teo. I’m so happy… I can’t think of anything else but him.

The three of them go inside the dining area where even Teo's mother, Mary, was there. It seemed serious so Teo became even more anxious, he felt like barfing.

"Ma?" Teo asked as he sat down beside her "What's going on?" He bit his bottom lip, trying to shake his thoughts about Sebastian to focus on the conversation they’re about to have.

Sebastian sat in front of Teo then looked at his parents "Mom? Dad?" He honestly didn’t care at all. He was still feeling high from the kiss, there is no way he can focus on this talk.

"Nothing is wrong, quite the opposite!!" Anastacio laughed out loud, raising both his hands and shaking them to assure them it wasn’t anything serious "The game we just launched was a huge hit!" 

Anselma clapped her hands excitedly "There's a party tomorrow at the company and I wanted to invite Mary and Teo" She was enthusiastic, telling them about the theme.

"Wow, congratulations Anastacio! That's so huge" Mary clapped her hands too, feeling proud of her friend. "I'm sorry but I can't skip work but I'll cook something in the morning!"

"Congratulations Uncle Anastacio. Unfortunately, I have work in the evening too…" Teo apologetically said. He felt better knowing it wasn’t anything serious. He breathed a sigh of relief.

Anselma and Anastacio nods "We understand" 

"But Sebastian, you can't miss it!" Anselma stared at him. Sebastian nodded, his head in the clouds.

"LAURENT!" Teo ran towards the cafe and yelled his best friend's name upon entering "LAURENT!" He was sweating and panicking, looking everywhere for the red haired man.

"Dude! Where were you?! I couldn't reach you, you're not supposed to be here! Didn't Idlib tell you?" Laurent was carrying some bread, going out of the staff room.

Teo grabbed his phone from his pocket "I-I haven't checked my messages since yesterday" He was panting because he ran all the way there "Shit, I do have somewhere to be!! How about you?" 

"Don't worry, I'm just fixing something in here. My father said he needs me for something anyway so I'm closing the cafe early" Laurent explained.

"Alright, take care, I gotta go! I'm late!!" Teo was full of adrenaline because he ran again.

Why’s he so full of energy so early in the morning? Laurent asked himself with a yawn.

"Sorry I'm late, boss!" Teo shouted from afar, he saw Idlib beside a car. He was tired. "Sorry" He tried catching his breath.

Idlib hands him a different uniform "Wear this. We leave at 11" He was in such a hurry that he didn’t even have time to ask him why he was late.

Teo nodded and immediately went to change his clothes inside the empty bar. He went inside the bathroom and thought, This seems like a big deal… He looked at the mirror. Looks cute actually. 

He went out of the bathroom and then out on the street. He asked "Boss, where are we going?" 

"To the Falling Comet, the one Mr. Martin owns" Idlib said, organizing the bottles and drinks in his car "Didn't you know? I sent you a message”

"THERE?!" Teo screamed. He was too preoccupied with the kiss to even piece it all together. The company party. He finally realized.

"Aren't you and Sebastian friends? Are you embarrassed?" Idlib asked him with a slight teasing tone and went inside his car "Get in, kid"

Teo opened the door and got in "I-I'm not embarrassed!" That was a lie.

It’s my first time at such a huge company… Teo sighed, helping Idlib with the stuff. He followed Idlib inside and continued with his thoughts. Auntie and Uncle don't know I work at the bar… they're going to be surprised. I turned them down last night too… They might get a bit mad.

The company was huge. The ceiling was high. The chandeliers were shiny. The whole place reeked of money. If Teo didn't know Anastacio personally, he would think he was a money-driven jerk, like in the other shows he's watched.

"Ah Idlib! Nice to see you again! I see Anastacio still hires you, the best of the best" Some random old guy shook Idlib's hand with glee. He was wearing formal attire. His perfume was too strong. 

Idlib smiled politely and gave him a firm handshake "Good Morning sir, this is my apprentice, Teo, he's new" 

The man stretched his hand and Teo shook it, just like what Idlib did "Good Morning sir. Nice to meet you" The man smiled at him and patted his shoulder after exchanging a few pleasantries.

Everything has been set up, now Idlib and Teo are behind the counter, on the clock. "Don't be nervous, kid" Idlib said, trying to ease his nerves "These are all just normal people" 

I know that but I know how others can be… Teo thought, he looked nervous. He decides not to speak about his troubles to not worry his boss.

Idlib noticed this and suggested "Want to practice?" He’s had a lot of experience, he knows about first time jitters especially at a place like this.

"Don't worry, boss, I can do it" Teo was eager and full of hope nevertheless. He just hoped they wouldn't run into trouble. 

Idlib laughed and ruffled his hair. "Atta boy" He gave Teo a huge smile, he knew there’s something troubling Teo but he decided not to push him about it.

After a few minutes, people started going inside the venue. It was full of fancy people with beautiful gowns, suits and expensive bags. Teo felt like choking from it all. Their perfumes were also too much. It was like they were trying to eat each other up, blatantly showing to everyone that they’re the richest.

Teo caught someone in his eye, finally, the Martins entered. Sebastian was wearing a dark red tux and his hair was slicked back. He wasn't wearing his glasses, he was wearing contacts.

Teo stared at him. He looks so handsome… He saw the family interacting with some other big shots. I never imagined this… Auntie and Uncle, even Sebastian, were so humble and fun that I forgot they were ultra rich.

"It feels like a dream…" Teo muttered under his breath, nobody could hear, he continued his sentence in his mind … that we kissed. He gawked at the people who are constantly trying to get the Martins’ attention.

Idlib noticed Teo staring at Sebastian "Sebastian huh? He seems like a different person" He keeps looking at Teo who didn’t even bat him an eye despite talking to him.

"He does" Teo answered with a frown, still staring at Sebastian "He is" This time, he averted his gaze.

Idlib bonked his head gently "He isn't, dummy. He's still him" He sighs and stares at Sebastian. For Idlib, all he could see was the kid who drinks at his bar.

"We live in different worlds after all" Teo sadly sighs and tries to distract himself with meaningless tasks.

"Are you even listening to me?" Idlib sighs too but Teo seems to be lost in thought as he stares right back at Sebastian.

That girl is clinging to him. Teo thought, there were tons of other people there and yet all Teo could see was him. He’s not even pushing her back?! The hell?

The woman was the prettiest he’s seen, the most beautiful woman in the whole venue, wearing the most glamorous dress with expensive shiny jewelry. Everybody’s eyes are on them. Praising them. Telling them they look good together.

His heart ached a bit but he tried to repress it. Accidentally, Sebastian turned his head towards where Teo was and saw him. He shrugged the girl away and jogged towards Teo "You're here?" It caught him off guard that Teo was there.

Teo was taken aback, he didn't expect Sebastian to approach him but he was still frowning "Hey" Then he furrows his brows and looks somewhere else, trying not to mind the handsome man in front of him.

"I didn't know you were going to be here" Sebastian said with a smile but Teo was still feeling a little hurt from all his overthinking so he didn’t answer back.

Teo pointed behind Sebastian and said "They're looking for you" He can’t face him right now. Is he just experimenting with me?! It can’t be… That's what Teo thought, watching the woman from afar, observing.

Sebastian looked back at all the people behind him and sighed "R-Right. Catch you later" He frowns a bit, realizing that Teo was ignoring him. He walked back to the crowd, disappointed.

"Oh God…" Teo mumbles to himself. Am I actually jealous?! I don’t have the right! Teo, get a grip, look at him. Look at their family! I don’t belong. They’re pretty stones and I’m debitage!
