Act II (Part 1) - Page 2
Aug 04, 2025
And welcome back to the monthly update for A Souls Lament! I'm hoping to be able to go back to bi-weekly updates here soon, but do stick with me for the time being as I work on the buffer needed to keep the comic progressing forward (I may work slowly, but this comic is a labor of love for me).
With that said, if for some reason you find that you want to read ahead (or just want to see free WIPs), I do post things pretty regularly to https://ko-fi.com/impistry

Lament (Noun)
'A passionate expression of grief or sorrow'
This story follows a rather quiet but passionate 2ft tall Irish Gentleman Skeleton named Numskull, and his backstory on how he came to be. The subject matter is best summed up as a comic about Love, Death, Loss, & finding your way.
As a word of warning, the themes of this comic contain the following: Death, Murder, Self-harm, Depression, Trauma, Loss, and Heartbreak. So if you can not handle heavier topics (even when not graphically depicted), this comic may not be for you, and I would proceed with caution if you do choose to delve into the comic itself.
If you wish to see behind the scenes content as the story is being crafted, please follow https://ko-fi.com/impistry or subscribe to be alerted when this series updates.
This series is a prequel to Side Quest: https://tapas.io/series/Side-Quest/info
